I had a facelift and upper and lower lids done in 1994. Following the surgery I lived with the lower lids hanging down following. Dr. Norman told me I still looked better than before he operated on me. Since that time I have had to live with the lower lids not adhering to the eyeball and the red conjunctiva apparent. I have been to several surgeons to have the lower lids repaired. One doctor was going to put skin grafts below both of the lower and I would have rectangles from the scars. That doctor said don't worry because you can cover them with makeup. Dr. Norman sent me to see a Dr. Mondshine and he wanted to stitch them up with one stitch. I finally went to Bascom Palmer and had a surgeon repair my bilateral ectropians. He said this was a medical and not plastic surgery since Dr. Norman had cut two of the tendons holding my eyelids up. Now, Dr. Norman has never given me a thought since. I found out that people come to Bascom Palmer from all over for botched surgeries by plastic surgeons. This is unacceptable. If a surgeon can't do an eye surgery without damaging the patient he should not be allowed to practice. I was left on my own to live with this until I finally found someone to actually help me. I give Jack Norman a -5 stars - that minus 5.

The Worst!!!!! Ruined me for life

When other doctors charged $100 for pictures (part of the fee if one used that doctor), Dr. Norman took out his Polaroid camera, took the pictures himself, and then answered any questions in a wonderfully easy manner. Then he went on to give me a wonderful face lift which took away all the sags and wrinkles and left me with a totally natural face for about 13 years or so. Now I need a touch-up of sorts but I don,t live in Miami any more and Dr. Norman is retired. So I am turning to Dr. Norman to see if he can recommend someone to me who is practicing in my city.

TIME HAS PROVED TAHT I MADE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT DECISION, AND ALL OF MY FRIENDS THAT I HAVE REFERRED TO HIM ARE OF THE SAME OPINION.ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SIT WITH THIS GIFTED TALENT FOR 5 MINUTES, AND IT IS LOVE!SINCE I AM ON TV AND CABEL ALOT, I KNOW I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE!
