Jack Hasson

Dr. Hasson listened attentively to my concerns and gathered data about my condition. He explained in depth his analysis of my illness and next steps for treatment. I was and remain extremely pleased with Dr. Hasson’s treatment and level of care.

He would ask a question and before I could get the complete answer out he would interrupt me. I don’t think I ever got a full sentence out without his interruptions. In order for him to understand my condition and how it started would take a little time of listening instead of just jumping to what he felt was what he wanted to hear. He also was planning on taking me off a medication that I had already stopped taking because it was harming me. His words. The physician that had prescribed the medication had just sent me a patient portal message that morning that my bloodwork looked good and my x-ray also looked good. Dr. Hasson said my bloodwork did not look good. He said my chest x-ray looked normal but then went into this long explanation that I had Bronchiectasis. I feel like Dr. Hasson needs to stick to his Pulmonary practice and let the Rheumatologist and Immunologist do their jobs. This physician in my opinion is not professional, is rushed, and doesn’t have a good bedside manner.

The wait times have been 1-2 hours. If you miss your appointment, good luck getting one within six months. He’s too busy. Many of his patients don’t get the attention they need, and his diagnoses can be rushed and inaccurate. Make sure you get a second opinion.

Dr. Hasson has excellent diagnostic skills and is very good at communicating with patients. One of the best.
