Courteous, friendly service. The allergy shots are helping too... no more allergy-related, days-long migraines. Not sure what the negative reviews are concerning; I’ve had nothing but positive experiences for almost a year. Shannon Cross

This is a wonderful clinic !! The Doctor is very nice and a master in his field of medicine. The ladies up front are both easy on the eyes and very friendly. If you're cash pay, like myself, they offer 40% of the normal fee. I saw the Doctor and had several allergy tests performed for just under $200 !! I feel fortunate to have found these folks. He is a great doctor. I’ve had horrible allergies and this is the best I have ever been. He is so smart about allergies and immunology . I am an adult and didn’t know he saw adult patients until my PCP referred me. I would highly recommend him to my family.

We have always been treated well here. Dr Harris has been very proactive with my son's care. The staff has always been very helpful, professional and kind to us. I highly recommend!!!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever received from a docs office! I switched my appointment to Longview just because I didn't want to give them my business after dealing with them so I will go 40 min out of my way to avoid them I think they need to invest in some training before letting people talk on the phone or in person this is just sad that they have lost business for the lack of customer service This place has the worst customer service I have ever received from a docs office! Dr. Harris was very courteous and personable. Before he ordered a test I needed, he checked to see how much it was going to cost on my insurance without me asking. He then explained all my options and told me what was necessary, and if it was costly. These are traits not often found with doctors.

Worst customer service we've ever seen in any medical organization any where in the world. My wife was treated very poorly when going to Dr. Harris' office this morning for her first appointment with Dr Harris. For unknown reasons the reception/scheduling personnel told my wife that she had changed her 9:00 AM appointment for today. My wife did not change that appointment; apparently a mistake was made by someone. The staff was extremely rude and discourteous to my wife and actually argued with her about the changed appointment. The staff is unprofessional and in dire need of customer service training. Apparently someone did call a change an appointment, because when my wife arrived at approximately 8:35 AM (for her 9:00 AM appointment) she was told that she had a 8:15 AM appointment and that she was late. My wife showed the staff her documentation showing her 9:00 AM appointment. Our guess is that the person who had the 8:15 AM appointment is the client who called requesting to change her appointment. Again, this is absolutely the worst treatment we have ever received by any staff at any medical facility! Worst customer service we've ever seen in any medical organization any where in the world.
