Dr. Jack David Gardner

Can't get anyone on the phone! Voice mailboxes are full. My CPAP machine died months ago. I think Medical Sleep Solutions in Desoto went out of business.

The experience we shared with Dr. Gardner, Nurse Practictioner and intake staff were beyond expectations. Each were courteous, attentive, provided personalized services and all served with a willing "smile!" The knowledge, resources and professionalism is one of a kind. As a resident in the Southwest Dallas region, we are grateful and proud to share... THEY ARE THE BEST IN DFW!

I highly recommend Dr. Gardner and his staff. Crystal the nurse practitioner is also extraordinary in her clinical service to patients. Dr. Gardner and Crystal are by far exemplary in their practice! Also Kim is always very pleasant when doing the intake service. The entire staff is wonderful!!!

Dr. Gardner recommended that I have a sleep study which done under the guidance of Linda. She was very attentive to my needs and very professional in performing the sleep study. Linda went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I was very comfortable during my stay, Dr Gardner was very attentive to my needs which resulted in a change in my reading to Bi-pap.

I started seeing Dr. Gardner when he started practicing at Dr Charnock1. He also is very knowledgeable about sleep apnea and has excellent bedside manner. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

I will recommend Dr. Gardner as an excellent doctor for sleep Apnea. He is very informative, supportive and patience. He does not rush you neither does he treat you as being insignificant (I have experience this before by other doctors). I am 76 years old and still very cognitive of my health and body.
