This office has been trying to fraudulently bill me for the services I received back in May. First, they sent the bill to my parents who were listed as emergency contacts. I called them and they admitted they had not sent the bill to my insurance so I gave my info to them again only for them to send ME the full bill a couple of weeks later. I checked my patient portal with my insurance and there was no claim on file. I then noticed that they charged me an addition $1.42 as a "financial charge" on the bill and added a line that said the account was over 90 days past due. I tried to call them twice this morning to resolve but their phones state that the office is closed. It is currently 08:38 on a Monday morning. I have already notified my insurance of the fraudulent billing practice. This office has been trying to fraudulently bill me for the services I received back in May. The absolute best dentist in the world!
What an incredible experience. Never have I been so pleased with service somewhere I use to hate to go. Doc Roberts and his staff have never been anything less than exceptional whenever I visit. And when it’s time to go see them I actually find myself smiling about it.
