I've been a patient for almost a year now and Dr.Jackson and his wife are amazing people. The best doctor I've ever had. I dont understand the one star review. I'm a cash paying patient and Dr.Jackson let me know before I ever came to the office how much the cost of the visit was. After 6 months the cost was cut by 25%. His wife is very kind and text me the day before every appointment and follow up. Dr.Jackson has answered all questions I've ever had and helped me through any problem weather it be sleeping or anxiety. He is by far the most caring and understanding doctor I've ever had.

Doctor Jackson is a great doctor! I have been seeing Dr. Jackson for 4 years. He has always been a perfect professional. He and his wife Lynn always respond to my inquiries in a timely fashion. The Dr always shows empathy to all my concerns and is always very supportive in my treatment plan. He understands his patients and truly wants to help them get back to a better life. I consider Dr Jackson not only my doctor but also my Friend....

Dr. Jackson is a wonderful doctor. He is thorough caring. it is a rarity to find a doctor who cares listens about the patient not just prescribing pay me & out the door. He & Lynne are truly god given wonderful people I only wish there more true gems like them.Thank you????

Well it has been awhile since I been in his office.I decided to go to another Doc well let’s just say things did not work out to well.I called yesterday and his wonderful wife remembered me after all that time and got me a next day appointment.I am blessed and happy to be back with Dr Jackson and his staff.Thank you again.

Dr. Jackson and his team are amazing, professional, courteous and sympathetic to the individual needs of people. They do not hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure their patients' needs are met. I cannot express enough how much they have helped me and have literally saved my life. *** Please ignore the one-star review. That is absolutely NOT how Dr Jackson and staff run this finely tuned, patients first, business. I would venture to guess that someone was trying to get something for nothing. I know this because I've been his patient for a good three years and he's raised his price by like $5 or $10 in the entire three years I've been there. I have gotten to know Dr Jackson and his staff extremely well over the years, which is rare. I've had doctors, in the past, that I've seen for years and never really got to know anyone, they were just so "clinical" and I felt like a number, not an actual patient. Dr Jackson, and staff, truly, truly care about each and every person who walks through their doors. You're not a dollar sign to him, that's for sure. But, this is a business, not a charity. So, yes, his services must be paid for. The prices are not at all outrageous, especially not for the amazing service and experience you'll receive. Just like most of you, I've seen probably hundreds of doctors in my lifetime (especially during the years I was in major pain). I can honestly say that Dr Jackson is the ONLY doctor who has treated me with respect, he cares about me professionally, and above all else, he actually listens to what I need to say. He works with me if anything isn't working. He keeps up to date on his primary profession by going to conferences and keeping up on the latest research. He's not outdated and takes his profession seriously, so he can help all of us with his knowledge and personal compassion. I've seen a quite few doctors in the valley and Dr Jackson is the only one who has earned my trust, through and through. Don't even bother trying to find one closer to you or for any other reason. I live in STV and drive all the way to his office because I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else, feeling comfortable in anyone else's office, etc. If he moved two hours away, I would still continue to see him. (He's not moving, I'm just saying I'd go about anywhere to continue being his patient.) As you very well know, a truly caring and excellent doctor is nearly impossible to find. But, you've found him. So, consider yourself extremely lucky and book an appt right now. If you get voicemail, don't worry, you'll receive a call back shortly or when they're open again. You can always text their number, as well. Note: Dr Jackson does pain management. But, you must meet a certain criteria to be eligible for pain management. Dr. Jackson and his staff is absolutely amazing! I've been to a lot of Doctors and Jackson is by far my favorite. He realy cares about his patients and goes out of his way to do what needs done. They have been a blessing to me and my family.

Reported this so-called provider or DO to the Arizona osteopathic Board for malpractice and for leaving your patient high and dry after being established because you want to charge 100 more dollars this visit, I guess it was worth losing two patients and a complaint that he still refused to respond to. He also refused to see us unless we paid $100 more for the visit that we had never paid in the past. Definitely a money hungry office, he’s also refilling prescriptions that are bylaw are illegal to refill without being seen in office For the following month. His wife doesn’t know how to schedule and half of the time the doctors not even there when your show up for your appointment on time. Oh did I mention his wife also changes the office visit fees but doesn’t notify you prior to your visit it’s a new office fee every time we go in. I’d stay far away from this provider until they can actually get their systems in place. Oh and the fromt office girl that brings her child into work wuth her is as fake as it gets. She musta got amnesia or something. Didnt even act like she knew about anything. Dr Jackson and his team are kind, courteous, and always professional. They take the time to really listen and understand your needs. I was very nervous switching to a new Dr about a year ago, and the team put me at ease from the first phone call to the scheduling process, the first appointment check-in to seeing the Dr and more. Scheduling each appointment has been a breeze, with scheduling available several months out OR same/next day appointments as well, they really work with you to get you seen when it works for you. Dr Jackson really does care about you and your health, and has offered to address several health issues in one visit on more than one occasion (something that many Drs offices won’t do- or will charge you for doing so). Their fees are very reasonable and in-line with other Drs providing the same services (maybe a little less than average, as Arizona cost of living is rising every day). I've never met a provider that cares as much as doctor jackson. I haven't used opiates in 7 years, and this is the man responsible. If you're debating between another office and this one... do yourself a favor and go see doctor jackson.

Kindest most understanding compassionate group of people I’ve ever met. Every single staff member. I can not say enough about them. They go out of their way to assist the patients in any way appropriately that they can. Top notch care
