Dr. Saidi is an amazingly competent, kind, and compassionate doctor. He went above and beyond to help our sons with ear and allergy problems. When our youngest was hospitalized for an ear infection, he came to the hospital after hours to check on him personally and to help alleviate our concerns. Really top notch.

I find Abraham’s review of Dr. Saidi to be disturbing, but his review is wholly unsupported by my numerous appointments/experiences with Dr. Saidi and other physicians in his practice. Indeed, far from Abraham’s complaint that Dr. Saidi failed to provide a complete diagnosis with treatment options, in my experiences, Dr. Saidi’s diagnoses are both thorough and well explained.

Please DO NOT waste your Money and TIME they can’t help you at all!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Saidi. Although I have seen Dr. Abidin more often, Dr. Saidi has been great, skilled, and compassionate. He is the Yin to Dr. Mike's Yang in their practice. I've also watched them collaborate on patients when needed. If you don't mesh well with Dr. Mike, I highly recommend Dr. Saidi.

My daughter had surgery at this location with Dr. Comstock. Hands down, this was one of the best processes from start to finish. The entire team was impeccable. I would highly recommend any of the skilled doctors within this office. On surgery day, the nurses and others involved were so great. My daughter can breathe again. If you have any issues in the ears, nose and throat, this is the place to go. My daughter had surgery at this location with Dr. Comstock. saw Dr Saidi for a balance problem that I thought came from ear. He found that this was not from my ear, but something else. That was it. No referral, no advice as to next step--no note back to primary care or...???. His office was very difficult to work with to transfer his findings to the neurologist. Many calls later and still left adrift.

Great Doctor

I went in to see Dr.Comstock to have a evaluation for a tonsillectomy. I am impressed with this office execellent customer service, they respect patients time and overall listen and accommodate as much as they can. I got same day appointment, front desk ladies are professional and very welcoming. My wait time was less than 5 minutes, Dr.Comstock medical assistant was friendly, listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions. Dr.Comstock was amazing and explained everything about my procedure in full details and answer questions as well. I decided to proceed and schedule my surgery with Lindsey who is Dr.Comstock's surgery scheduler and she was so polite, professional and helped me understand everything that will happen before and after my surgery. Went to the doctor for a simple pain in throat from acid reflux. I just wanted to get it checked but had an idea of what it was. The office said that typically the appointment schedule is about 80 dollars or so, and anything else would be added on top of that (I have a high deductible health insurance plan, so I knew I was paying 100 percent). I came to Dr. Saidi following a very unpleasant bike accident in which, among other injuries, I’d crushed the cartilage on the right side of my nose. This injury made it nearly impossible to breath through my right nostril, not to mention how unsightly the caved-in area of my nose appeared. One might think that this would be a straightforward procedure to correct, akin to fixing a broken nose, however, this was not the case. Finding a physician that was confident in their abilities to fix this rather complex issue and willing to work within the confines of insurance was enormously challenging. After meeting with several plastic surgeons who were highly regarded but skeptical or unwilling to treat the physical and aesthetic ramifications of the crushed cartilage, I decided to research ENT’s. I was incredibly fortunate to find Dr. Saidi. Dr. Saidi seems to be one of those rare doctors who practices his craft because he genuinely wants to help his patients. His bedside manner can only be described as uniquely caring, patient and humble and the caliber of his work, in my opinion, is exceptional. In addition to opening up my collapsed right septum, Dr. Saidi grafted cartilage to provide continued support to that specific area of my nose. He also noted that both nostrils had a tendency to collapse when I inhaled, thus restricting airflow. Dr. Saidi worked on these areas as well, resolving my impaired breathing and giving me a nose that is every bit as efficient and flattering as I could have hoped for. While I don’t often write reviews, I want to ensure that Dr. Saidi’s name reaches those considering an ENT/plastic surgeon in the northern Virginia area. I have been suffering from Sinus problems for the past six months and eventually decided to lookup a doctor close to my Primary Physician. By chance, I found Dr Saidi through my Insurance Listings and scheduled an appointment. My first impression upon meeting him was that this gentleman propagated confidence to his patients by his pleasant disposition, always smiling and letting you know that you are in safe hands. He laid out a plan of action, prescribed the appropriate meds and I walked out of his door with such calmness and optimism. It is now four days later and I have never felt better.
