I visited Dr. smith back in 2021 for my fibroid surgery and it was an amazing experience. Her nurse made sure she communicated everything. Dr. Smith answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Even post op she came to check on me everyday. So glad I found her! ????

Although she might be a nice Dr. Their staff is rude, will not work with you and will not listen to what you have to say. If my insurance allowed me to go anywhere I wouldn’t keep coming here. It’s a nightmare, I guess that’s one of the reasons I keep skipping the exam if it’s not for my insurance requesting it…. Too bad

Amazing doctor, very knowledgeable and takes her time explaining things.

Dr. Smith is the best I've been a patient for 20 plus yrs. and she's always the same very great personality as well as a great doctor ❤.

Dr. Smith is not my regular doctor but she was covering for my doctor who was out of town. She was very sweet and compassionate when she diagnosed my miscarriage. Unfortunately she misread the ultrasound because a few weeks later, my doctor saw that my baby had never miscarried! My baby was perfectly fine with a strong heart beat! I had spent three weeks mourning over the loss just to find out that Dr. Smith was wrong. I’m not sure how a doctor can make a mistake like that with as much experience as her!! Thankfully I never took the medication to expel the baby or the surgery to scrape the remains. We would have never known! The worse part is that I never heard back from her-never received an explanation or apology. Pregnancy is difficult enough and with the added emotional roller coaster, it made things much worse. Dr. Smith is very professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to explain things clearly and to make sure I'm at ease. Having said that, every time I need to see her I always wait at least one hour - both for in-office and virtual appointments. I've had a situation when I had to wait for nearly 2 hours to be seen. I work full-time so this is a major issue that I would like to see her office address. As much as I love Dr. Smith, if this is not addressed I will have no alternative but to find another ObGyn.

I am new to the area and was looking for an Ob/Gyn. I was referred to Dr. Ivonne Smith. I have read the reviews and I am impressed.

Best doctor. I’ve gone to her since I was 16 and she’s always been amazing. Highly recommended.

I’ve been seeing Dr Smith for about a year and she is so amazing ..professional positive ..attentive ..I have no complaints about her or her staff ..I’ve been to both of her locations and they are both very clean and professional..top of the line care :)

Dr. Smith is always so amazing at every prenatal appointment. She is super friendly, optimistic, open to listen to all the stuff you read about online that scares you, and she gives you actual useful information each time! She’s a great doctor if you want someone who eases your worries and keeps a super positive atmosphere. We found her though a friend who went through two full pregnancies with her, and I have since recommended her to many other friends either talking about getting pregnant or newly pregnant. Plus, she has a new Washington Ave location where she sees patients every other week. It is super convenient if you don’t want to venture to hectic med center. She is wonderful!!! I love seeing her!! She takes the time to address your concerns, she is Extremely knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manor!!

She was my surgeon in removing my ovarian cyst. She was compassionate and wonderful! She has been my doctor since 2012.

I just love her. She is great. Waiting time is a little problem.

She delivered my daughter and my experience was exceptional! Always have the time to listen and explain all the aspects of the pregnancy.

Thankful for Dr Smith and her staff for over 15 years.

Dr. Smith makes time to visit with each patient. I have seen her for over 15 years. She is very down to earth and takes time to explain any concerns.

After waiting over a month for an appt, I was supposed to be a new patient today. After my coworker waited an hour to be seen earlier today, I called in to see if Dr Smith was still running behind because I couldn't wait over an hour. I was told that Dr Smith always runs behind and was then advised to find another physician. Dr Smith may be an awesome physician but, has major scheduling issues that consistently devalues her patient's time.

I started seeing Dr. Smith when my original OBGYN relocated. I liked her right away. She spent time with me and I met her on the first visit. Then in August I miscarried, which we later determined was an ectopic pregnancy. She was very patient with me and explained everything very clearly. Then when I had a positive pregnancy test in December she was very proactive and called me immediately upon receipt of my message. She ordered hCG testing and scheduled my appointment for follow-up.

I have gone to Dr. Smith for over 15 years and had 2 surgery's with her. She is the upmost professional and I can not say enough good things about her. I have referred her to 2 of my friends and my daughter. I can tell you that I was in the room with my daughter when she had her baby and Dr. Smith was absolutely amazing. And it was not an easy delivery for my daughter. I credit her to saving my grandbaby's life. Do not listen to what negative comments are on here. I have never waited an unusual amount of time. If I did, I would know that Dr. Smith was probably in the delivery room doing her job. I love her so much I drive an hour and a half to do my yearly visits!
