Dr. Martinez and LISA at the front desk always go above and beyond! Hard to find these days

Great Doctor, in the other hand .. LISA (front desk) is very unprofessional, She is making them look really bad!!

I tried to make an appointment at the recommendation of my dentist whom checks manually the throat and jaw yearly. Found a mass, told me to make an appointment with an endo since Im om thyroid replacement rather than my primary. The receptionist laughed at me, telling me to go to my primary first.

I have been With Dr. Ivan Martine for over 10 years. He is one of my better doctors. I would recommend him to any one . I live out in the Riverside Ca area and I still go to see him in Anaheim .

Best doctor for Diabetes I have ever met. Unfortunately, Doctors like this are extremely rare these days. Imagine this, he actually cares about you and treats you like he was treating himself. With his expertise, my type 2 diabetes is completely under control and I have not felt this good in years. It is always a pleasure and blessing to see and be treated Dr. Martinez. Dr Martinez is a great physician. He is very patient and thorough. I highly recommend visiting him if you have any issues regarding hormones, diabetes, or anything regarding the endocrine system. Honesty, I wish that he was a primary physician as opposed to a specialist.

Dr. Martinez is with out a doubt the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being associated with. He isn't just a doctor. He is a friend and someone to go to when there are other issues that need to be heard. He actually listens and tells you what you need to hear. I have actually paid a higher premium just to be able to have him as my doctor. He literally goes out of his way to make sure your taken care of. You don't represent a dollar figure to him. I was in this office today and ask for appointment with Doctor Martinez,the rude and onprofesional front desk secretary keep asing me about why I want to see the doctor !! I said I have some problems which I think is hormon related and need to see the doctor , she said no you have to explain to me your problem !! after I told her I can't and this is personal ,she start ignoring me and got back to her personal call and didn't answer anyof my talking ,Now There is another doctor in that offece ,but I am afraid that I have to deal with the same secretary I was in this office today and ask for appointment with Doctor Martinez,the rude and onprofesional front desk secretary keep asing me about why I want to see the doctor !!
