Dr. Elias is a wonderful caring doctor. I would recommend him to anyone needing his specialty.

I am very pleased with Dr. Elias. Very easy to talk to about uncomfortable topics. Him I would recommend. However, other than Lori he has "no support staff". You have 4 options on their recording none of which allows you to speak with an individual. His office was to contact me regarding a prescription...no call. Never received and tried to make due on my own. You leave messages, no one calls back. Was to be contacted to schedule colonoscopy.. no call. Biopsy results were to be provided to my Rheumatologist, took several calls to received results. When I met with my primary doctor I was told his staff does not return calls to doctors either. This reflects poorly on Dr. Elias which is unfortunate. Had it not been for Lori, I feel I would still be fighting these battles. If I were rating his staff, again not including Lori, I would give his staff "zero stars"!!

Doctor Elias performed my colonoscopy. He met with me before and after the procedure. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He was not rushed - which I really appreciated.

Leaves patients hanging. No follow through even in an emergency!

My older son had some very serious medical issues. Dr Elias completely missed the diagnosis on them, and when we had to go back to him later (due to unavailability of other GI's) on another matter, he and his staff failed to return calls after several attempts to get a hold of him, even after 2 Emergency Room visits. Better off staying home!

Dr Elias is a good, caring physician. He performed a needed colonoscopy. He was thorough in his explanations. Our family intends to use him again in the future for any gastroenterology issues we may have.

I went to this cause I was having major problems..He understood what I was going thru and was going to help me fix the problem..We had tried everything that he could think of. All the medications in the world could not help me..But this Dr would not give up on me..He is the best in the world to me. We are still working on the problem and is close to making it go away. I love the staff here also..they are very warm
