I received a letter from my insurance today about my visits with Dr. Badr and how much my insurance was charged. Funny thing is, I haven’t seen her in almost 4 years. Only makes me think about the worst scenarios. Someone please check up on their insurance claims.

Horrible Staff! Literally came, waited 2 hours even tho there was nobody in line. And put me in a room for another 30 mins. I come here (once every 6 months) and get treated the same as always.

My son was misdiagnosed.According to this doctor my son has allergies from everything, I was so worried.After switching doctor it turned out he doesn't have any allergy and only asthma problems.They refused to send their results to me or the new dr. One of the best Doctor I have yet to encounter, she truly cares about her patients and always answers any question I have 24/7 no matter what time it is. That's how a real doctor should be. Don't go here long wait times unprofessional staff including the doctor this clinic puts billing above care stay away

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Lazy staff. In the process of switching allergy doctors (due to insurance change), and they literally refuse to send any paperwork over. I've been back and forth with this office for AT LEAST a month now, and no luck.. always an excuse. Disgusting place. Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere.

I thought it was my destiny to live with asthma and experience breathing troubles especially when the weather starts to change no matter how much precautions I took. Medicines, alternative therapy all worked but temporarily. I lost all hope when I was recommended Dr. Itemad Badr. Honestly, I took appointment without much hope, but I am glad that I was so wrong. She thoroughly went through my medical history and recommended a course that successfully kept allergies at bay and enhanced by breathing capacity. I am much better now and most importantly I am starting to live. Dr. Badr and her staff are extremely unprofessional. I waited over 40 minutes to be seen, only to overhear her and her staff discussing beauty products. I have never been treated so poorly by any health professional. I would NOT recommend her to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Badr for about 10 years. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. She has always looked for alternatives to our current treatment plan if she feels we are not getting the results she is looking for. She is open to communication and has gone above and beyond for me and my family. I recently followed her to a different practice because of the faith that I have in her.

Dr. Badr is professional, patient, warm, caring and knowledgeable. I would and have followed her to different locations if necessary. I have had allergies and asthma all my life, and now as a senior have learned what to look for in a Doctor. Dr Badr I compasses the whole package.
