full physical was about 5 minutes. I could not get the staff or Dr to fill out a patient assistance form correctly. tried 6 times(at least). I actually brought forms to office and it was still incorrect, which resulted in me not having my diabetes medicine for over a month.

Dr Tarkhan is the only doctor I trust.

Terrible business practices. Told my mom that she can no longer come to his practice because she needed pain management, but she was seeing him as a primary care physician (PCP). Leaving an elderly person in a situation where they need to find another PCP is borderline unethical. Provided no referral to another physician. When I called and confronted him, he stated he had a right to refuse a client and then hung up on me. Terrible!

I started seeing Dr Tarkhan back in April of 2017. He is very thorough, gets to know his patients very well. I was diagnosed with diabetes and I am obese. He has helped me get back on track and listens to what I have to say. He cares about his patients. Best doctor I have had in over 20 years. I'm very glad I found my way to him.

Dr.Tarkhan makes you feel comfortable he is very empathetic with his patients needs and is very caring.He is a people doctor the you give a hug would highly recommend him without reservation.
