I have been seeing Dr.Diaz for about 8 years. He is so attentive, never rushes our appointments and truly cares about our conversations. Even moving over an hour away, I still see him once a month. Unfortunately, I do agree with other comments about the staff at Wellspire. They are not easy to deal with in the least bit, but Dr.Diaz's patient care makes up for it. Dr Diaz is great, really appreciate the time he takes for each patient. The Wellspire office staff is pathetic. NEVER return phone calls despite the fact the recording for referrals say they will return your call within 24-48 hours. Rude and abrupt on the phone with little effort to assist.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Diaz for about 10 yrs. We are both very please with his practice. He's the best family doctor we've ever had.

Went to see the doctor for an annual physical exam and walked out with a bill for $500+ dollars for lab work for both my husband and I that should’ve been covered under insurance but because they used the wrong lab not covered, I now have to pay for something that I shouldn’t have had to pay in the first place. Have never had this issue seeing any type of doctor ever in my life except when I came to this office. Called the office to see how this mistake was made and was basically told there was nothing they could do. Extremely unprofessional! If I had known I was going to have to pay out of pocket for it, I never would’ve had it done. The office and staff are awesome. The place is Clean and tidy also. Dr Diaz is awesome. His service to his patients is wonderful.

Dr. Diaz was caring and concerned, friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of service. I was so very thankful for the excellent care I received at his office.

I have many health issues and am waiting to see dr Diaz so they put me to see the pcp and all I have to say is nothing short of amazing!!! She listened, was super sweet, professional, caring, just made me want to cry for finally after a couple years of not being able to settle on a practitioners office being able to feel the relief of finding a great place who will listen to your concerns and care about your health ???????????? I'm not keen on Drs not listening and speaking over their patients.

Dr. Diaz was my PCP since I moved to the area. But since he joined Wellspire it's just too hard to get in to see him. Call on Monday and no availability until Friday, C'mon that's just crazy. Unfortunately looks like it's time for a new Dr. which sucks because I really like Dr. Diaz.

Great Dr!!! Very personable!!! Dr Diaz takes the time to listen and he really is listening!!! I’m so glad that he is our family dr!!!!

What I look for in a doctor is someone who takes the time to listen to what I am saying and does not seem to be in a hurry, but truly is looking out for my well being. A doctor that not only recommends a plan of action but one who is willing to take suggestions. See to be successful in any diagnosis of health you have to have a Doctor Patient partnership. I see all this on each visit with Dr Ismael Diaz. I recommend you take the time to see him the next time you need a great Doctor. Dr. Diaz was very personable, informative and knowledgeable. He was my doctor for several years. Personally he would get a 5 stars from me. The reason for the 3 stars instead of more is that he joined a group practice (Wellspire Medical) and their customer service now is terrible. No respect for individuals time; and no apparent effort on the doctor's side to fix the problem. From 30 minute phone-hold wait times, to hour+ waiting lobby times, to forgetting to check a patient in entirely, I have dealt with it all. I finally had my last straw when after 80 minutes; there was no hope in sight of being seen; when my appointment was at 9:30 am. How are you already running an hour and a half late at that point? Either the doc is coming in late; or the staff is grossly over-scheduling. Dr. Diaz was very personable, informative and knowledgeable. He was my doctor for several years. Dr Diaz is the most knowledgeable and informative General MD I have ever seen. He takes as much time as needed with his patients. He doesn't just stare at the chart. He also isn't one to push pills or medicine on patients. He always has referrals done for me within 3 days. He manages many of my conditions and makes sure to stay in contact with me between monthly visits to make sure I'm feeling well, and see how the medication is working. Definitely 5 stars. His staff is so polite and helpful as well. Even though they switched from Kelsey Seybold to Well Spire I have absolutely no negative remarks about the doctor or his staff.
