Just saw Dr Feinstein and found her to be friendly, courteous and professional. I didn't wait long for the Dr to see me...Looking for an ENT? Look no further she is the best.

Dr. Feinstein was very thorough and explained everything. The reason I left three stars was I thought $354 for an office consultation was really on the high side.

I highly recommend Dr. Isabel Feinstein to anyone looking for an authentic and compassionate doctor. Over the past six years I have seen Dr. Feinstein on several occasions. I have always found her to be very intelligent, caring, and a true professional. I was referred by my GP toDr.Feinstein for a sore throat. She had to put a scope down my throat and apologized profusely. She was extremely gentle. It all turned out to be reflux and I was hugely relieved. I thought she was professional, kind and gentle. I will continue to see her and recommend others as well.

Dr. Feinstein is a warm and caring physician.I saw her for sever sinusitis. She treated me with respect and kindness. She resolved my sinus issues and to this day with her advice I have had no continuing problems. I am totally grateful. I recommend her to anyone who needs an ENT doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Feinstein for headaches.I was convinced that I had a brain tumor.It turns out that my nose was so stuffed and congested,that I could not breathe at all.She examined me and medicated me. My headaches went away and I am now breathing without difficulty.I was not sleeping at night because I was so worried.It all turned out well.I appreciate her care and feel grateful.

I saw Doctor Feinstein as a second opinion for sinusitis, as the first ENT had recommended surgery. She reviewed my scan, examined me, and then explained that I could treated without having surgery. It all made sense and was the outcome I was hoping for. I really enjoyed her and will be going back. She's the best.

I went to see Dr. Feinstein for severe hearing loss. She was so kind and took the time to comfort me and assure me that all was well. She made me feel so much better and I was so comforted by her response to me and my concerns. I could not have asked for more from a physician and thought she was wonderful.

SHE SAVED MY LIFE! I spent a year seeing the "recommended" ENT specialist at my local hospital including two painful biopsies that were not definitive. I saw Dr. Feinstein for a second opinion and within the first five minutes she clearly know what was going on. She wad not an alarmist, explained her concern and recommended definitive surgery. I had a malignant parotid tumor that had just broken through the capsule but could still be completely removed. She found me the most experienced surgeon.

I found my experience to be disappointing. She doesn't listen very well and interrupts while you are speaking. She never sat down and I felt everything was rushed. She used a laryngoscope on me and it took 4 or 5 attempts to get it down. Very uncomfortable and I almost lost my cookies. She told me anxiety/stress has nothing to do with tinnitus then handed me a supplement brochure that says stress and tinnitus are closely related and make each worse. Interesting. I won't be going back.

What an amazing Dr. I didn’t tell her I was there for a third opinion and she told me what another dr told me avoiding having my tonsils out at 50. So unbelievably kind very personable. She made me feel like she was my Dr. for years! So very glad I found her!

I saw her for the first time yesterday. I was so impressed with her and her staff. She is very compassionate and easy to talk to. I will happily recommend her to anyone needing an ENT doctor. My appointment was at 8:45 but I got there early and was out the door by 9:00. Had my hearing checked and my throat scoped. Didn't feel rushed at all.

Dr Feinstein is hysterical and so good at what she does! She's treated my issue non-invasively and I'm seeing results!The first visit I had I waited a while because she had a lot of elderly patients that day, and she apologized profusely. My second visit, I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Probably one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Why? She was thorough in her answers...offering helpful advise and oozing with love and compassion. I Highly recommend her to anyone with issues in her area of expertise!

Dr. Feinstein is a caring, compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen. She has positive energy and is gentle. I go to the Thunderbird office and have always found the staff to be kind & patient professionals.
