Exceptionally excellent. Provided total above expectations for services provided. Tooth abstraction went well, stubborn tooth to remove, but worked until removed tooth.

The care provided was great. Dr. House is genuinely concerned about me. The staff is always friendly and professional.

I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist. From the front door to the back in the dentist chair… wonderful, helpful and professional service! There is terrific energy in the office and I’m very pleased with my experience today.

My visit was as it always is, a wonderful experience. The staff is always great and friendly everytime I go from the the front receptionists all the way to the doctors. I love this place!!!

It was very pleasant as usual. They are so great and friendly at House Family Dentistry. I highly recommend them to anyone, but especially if you aren't a big fan of going to the dentist. They are so kind and welcoming and make you feel so comfortable here.

Dr Ike House took more time with me than any dentist I’ve ever seen! He totally explained what he advised and why. His receptionists and his assistant were very polite and efficient!! From the time we walked in the front door til we left, a very positive experience, even with all the COVID requirements.

We had such a great experience here at House Dental. They were phenomenal with my 7 year old daughter by keeping her comfortable and make silly jokes to keep her mind off of what was going on in her mouth :) We will definitely make this our dental needs "home." Thank you for being awesome!

After x-raying my teeth, Ms Christie did her usual thorough cleaning of my teeth, including polishing/buffing them. Dr. Brittany did a good job of checking my teeth. This was my first professional visit with Dr. Brittany. All the staff at House Denistry are friendly and make me feel like they truly care about my dental health.

I do apologize for not remembering her name but his assistant is wonderful also. She and I had a great conversation. She has a good head on her shoulders and I pray for her to follow her dreams. Due to death in my regular hygienist family effort was made to get me on the day after I was scheduled. My experience was good! The hygienist was very friendly, courteous, and efficient making my time in the chair go quickly. The end results was great feeling, clean teeth.

This was our first visit at House Family Dentistry, & it honestly couldn't have gone better. The dental hygienist was so gentle & patient with our daughter. She had a hard time biting down on the films so they could X-ray her teeth, so another hygienist pushed the button while our hygienist held the films in place in our daughter's mouth. She continued to be sweet & encouraging while she cleaned her teeth. Dr. House (son) was kind, yet firm, when he explained how our daughter needs to "bend" her stubborn baby teeth in order to get them out on her own. (She has been very conscientious about obeying him, even doing so on the way home, as he instructed.) I really appreciate that they would rather we work to get them out on our own, instead of them pulling the teeth out. That being said, as we walked out, they said that if this doesn't work, & we need them to pull the teeth out, just give them a call. I'm very happy to have found this dentist office, & I highly recommend them!

Dr Ike House and Christy talk with me every visit about my dental health. They don't talk past me or over me. They carry on a conversation that is honest, real, and encouraging. I know where I stand and what I need to do to improve my dental health. They don't try to sell me anything, either, but perform the tasks and fill the role for which I am compensating them. I am definitely glad we found this dentist and his team.

I used Dr. Houser through my entire childhood. He was incredibly kind and gentle to me as a child. I hated going to the dentist and always cried. He was very patient and understanding. I believe I visited him from the time I was 6 to around 15 or 16. His staff and office were lovely. I would recommend him.

From the beginning to the end I was comfortable with the staff. I am confident the recommendations I was given were neccessary. I look forward to my next appointment.

Yep! In a dental office. Dr. Ike House is the best dentist I’ve used. I moved from Haughton to East Tx. and continue to drive for appts. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Dr. House explains the procedure, takes his time and makes sure you are pleased before you leave. If you are looking for a great dentist I encourage you to try Dr. House.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. Even after moving from Haughton to East Texas, I still return for dental visits. Dr. Ike House puts you right at ease. He explains everything about the procedure, gives you available options and makes sure you are pleased with the result before you leave. Stephanie was my dental hygienist that performed my teeth cleaning. I didn’t have to wait on her when I arrived to my appointment. She greeted me and asked me how my day was going. She told me everything that she was going to do before she did it. My cleaning didn’t take long. After I was done, Dr. Rueben came to check my teeth out and was friendly and professional as well. He had a job shadower with him. We all made small talk and then i left. The whole experience was nice from the start.

Regarding pin hole surgery: Doctor Ike House explained in detail the procedures that could be done for receding gums. I expected he would recommend surgery to increase profit. He did not. He said I was a candidate for the surgery, but he gave me cheaper options to try. Of course, I chose the cheaper options. The staff followed pandemic guidelines. They were very friendly. The office was very clean.

I am extremely proud of my new dentures I got from Dr Reuben House. I had upper and lower dentures made. They look natural and fit perfectly. My lower dentures fit so well I forget that I have them in! The staff is friendly, professional and very caring. They help you file your insurance and explain everything so there are no surprises as to the cost. I have already sent them some business. If you have any dental issues this is definitely the place to go!

They let me know the cost (which is very important when you are on a fixed income) up front for the root canal I will have. I told her I do not want any pain and she said she would do her best. She promised to play good music and sing to me. This is a long ways to go for a Dentist, but, believe me it is worth it. I will never go anyplace else.

I really enjoy my visits, I know, who in their right mind wants to go to the dentist but it's always funny and enjoyable. My appointment was today, March 11th at 8am. Where else can you go to the dentist and be offered fresh donuts from non other then the great Dr. House (he's so funny)..

I am continually amazed at the high level of professionalism and personal attention given to me on each visit. Making every person feel special doesn't always happen. Sometimes business gets in the way of business. But I found with House Dentistry folks go out of their way to make sure that the experience isn't just business as usual..... but at the same time they do know their business. Their attention to details speaks volumes about their business practices and standards. I appreciate them individually and as a group. And all that wonderful artwork on their walls is eye candy that all can enjoy.

I absolutely enjoyed my visit with House Family Dentistry Employees! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they actually CARED about your needs..I got in quickly, was seen quickly, and although I hate going to the dentist, I felt comfortable there. I loved the fact that they had Christian music playing when you walked through the door.. I loved that they took the time to listen to me and hear the issues that I was there for, and even drew a picture of what kind of work would need to be done so that I would understand it better, instead of just using "medical terms" and walking out. Also Made sure that I didn't have any questions and if I did, answered them all. It was my first time visiting this dentist office and will not be my last! I have been in and out of the dentist for the last 20 years and have seen dentist all over the world depending on the Country we were living. I must say this is the best dental experience I have ever had and will recommend House Dental to everyone..

There were several things great about their service. one, notification and I was seen by someone on time when I arrive for my appointment. I did 33 years in the Army and I am accustomed to their service and on some occasions we are sent to civilians doctors. The services were most of time average and takes longer for the process. With that comparison, House Family Dentistry were far above average, X rays were fast and detail, the teeth cleaning process was smooth and a lot less painful. I am always afraid of the pain, but here was nice. They treated me like I was the most important person in the room. With respect, comfort and answered questions before I even asked them. I retired 5 years ago and was afraid to go to a Dentist, however my wife talked me into going and I and truly happy and pleased she did. My teeth are forever thankful to the staff at House Family Dentistry.
