I love Dr. Popa! If I dont see her, I ask to see her, or ask about her. a closed mouth dont get fed.

I have seen Dr. Poppa for 11 years for CML and have always found her to be knowledgeable and compassionate. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Popa had treated my wife for more than a year. We have found her to be a wonderful Doctor and very kind person. We have been very satisfied with her interest in our case and the care my wife has received.

She wouldn’t even come to TALK to my Dad to tell him he has lymphoma. He had the nurse tell us! I was naive and trying to take care of my dad. I should’ve asked to talk to her. My dad was older and Medicare probably wouldn’t pay. Still she should’ve given him the decency to tell him.

This doctor cannot find time in her WEEK to call patients back within a reasonable (24 hour) timeframe. Instead, she has her nurse relay complex information - if ever - instead of respectfully communicating with her patients. Find someone else if bedside manner and good communication are of importance to you or your loved ones.

My experience with Dr. Popa is not very good. I have seen her 4 times this year and each time she either sent nurse practitioner or PA. I have not been able to see her at all. And the nurse practitioners and PA do not seem to be knowledgeable to explain my questions.
