Dr. Irina is a great doctor! She’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. She takes her time with her patients to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend her !!!!!

I didn't get to see the Doctor because of the receptionist. I understand that she was trying to look out for me but after a couple of times of saying that I'll worry about the cost later on (she kept mentioning $125) and to just let me do the appointment and I do feel like I've made it known that she was stressing me out both verbally and physically but she still kept on going... maybe just stop and let me just get on with the appointment that I paid $35 reservation for. I have given this practice a lot of patience since I started going here, excessive wait times in the office, coming in for a check up in order to get a refill, but after waiting 3 days for a return phone call which never came for a refill of a pretty standard med I take daily and then, finally getting someone on the phone but another refusal to send in a refill unless I come in for another check up is rediculous. I was in for a said ‘check up’ 5 months ago. I don’t need to see the Dr, I just need a refill for a common rx I’ve been taking daily for over 2 years. I do not recommend this practice. This is probably the worst medical office you can find. Unprofessional staff, starting with the front desk and all the way to the doctor. Lost charts, insurance info, sending labs to the wrong labs to name just a few issues. All they care about is cash paying clients and making sure your co-pay is paid.

I would give them a 0 if I could. They charged me $90 not explaining to me what the cost was for. Just told me Tricare will pay me back. Then told me I need to contact my healthcare company. I contacted Tricare and turns out I wasn’t to be charged out my pocket but through Tricare. I called them and they hung up on me time and time and everytime they spoke in a different language to their counterparts. They even spoke another language before charging me !! It’s been a month since my docs visit and have yet to retrieve my money back. They told me I’ll never get my money and hung up on me and I need to contact someone to get them shut down I would give them a 0 if I could. My partner had just visited and the lack of professionalism in this workplace is unreal. Went through this place because it was in our network and the copay should’ve been minimal or covered. However it wasn’t and was told to pay a $125 deductible despite that being an out of coverage cost. The visit was terrifying as well, no one in that entire office was wearing a mask or even if so not properly by any means. The reason for a visit was for a new pump for his chronological bronchitis and was told he had anxiety issues and should see a psychiatrist. I get a recommendation but to force it down someone’s throat and also tell them that the way their handling their situation is sad and pathetic. The office staff has to work so much better they do right now. Starting from actually wearing their masks (I have already reported it to 311) , not just covering the chin, to service they provide to the patient. Nurse walks with half mask cover all over the office with bloodwork and asks patients to spell their names loudly, so that she could write it down. No charts, no subordination ????‍♀️Staff is stressed, tension everywhere. Conversations about patients. I was waiting there long long time, until they told me that I have to give insurance card and id and fill out paperwork as a new patient. Irina Lelchuk is a dermatologist and YET she didn’t prescribed any medicine or cream because she was not sure what my issue was. Had to go to another doctor to take care of me. I strongly do not recommend anyone to come to her.

The average wait for EVERYONE is an hour. Learnt my lesson and would NEVER come back.

It takes forever to find out blood test results. The front desk ppl are either absend-minded, lazy, dismissive or just plain rude and uncooperative - depending on who you get out of the whole bunch of them (I saw as many as 5 in the office and all they ever do is yap loudly amongst themselves as if to go out of their way to show the waiting patients that they do not gove a hoot about them. They'll discuss their lunch choices for 20 min but you try and call them with a question and they act like you're stealing their last seconds on Earth) It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer questions. And if you come in person you don't get a lot of real attention anyway - doctor and co just go through the motions with the detached air - all you can do to "wake them up" is to buy a bunch of supplements or proceedures that are not covered by your insurance, and even then just for a few short minutes. Not a good doctor at all - conceited, forever questioning what you tell her as if yoi were lying for no reason and not at all interested in actually helping. Avoid! The staff is very rude and the wait time is very long to see the doctor! I ended up having to go home after waiting for half hour and the doctor was not even in the office. I wanted to give them another try because it is close to my job and it was the same experience. Didn’t get a chance to see the doctor because I was so annoyed with the way the handle everything. Called to book an appointment they took my cc and said there’s $35 cancellation fee, which was fine. I confirmed they take my insurance. She takes the time to understand the core of the problem, she does not just prescribe medication, she has many alternatives as she is trained also in alternative medicine. I have had her as my primary dr. for over 5 years and I think she is the best GP I have ever had.

Came her because the office was close to my work and they accepted my insurance. Have been coming here for over a year because I am very happy with the way I am treated and with all the very personalized attention I get. Dr. Lelchuk looks sees a person in front of her not just another chart and it shows. Her staff is just as excellent. Highly recommended.

The most terrible experience I’ve ever had visiting a doctor. If you. All her a doctor at all. Stay away.

My experience with Dr. Lelchuk was informative, helpful, and extremely approachable. She listened to my explanations and did her best to guide me in the direction I wished to go, giving tangible advice and suggestions. She also has a very warm sense of humor. Her willingness to help solve problems was a relief to experience. She doesn't just throw medications at problems, which was also a relief to experience. I look forward to my next visit with her, knowing that she will do her best to help and guide me on the journey of being proactive when it comes to my health and well being.

I’ve searched for a good GP in New York and surrounding states for decades. Dr. Lelchuk is the answer to all of my health issues from episodes of severe depression to disabling neck/shoulder and knee pain. Moreover, she has tremendous integrity and is warm and kind. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Longer wait time and the doctor tried to sell her supplement. Doctor is always on her phone. The annual lab results took more than two weeks. The lab result has to be picked up in-person, they don't provide online services. Annual exams were supposed to be free, but they billed me for some of the tests. RUDE STAFF! The work of new receptionists is horrible. I had an appointment for 1:30 pm today, knowing about long wait in the office, I came one hour earlier in a hope to be seen by the time of my scheduled appointment. Not only I waited for an hour and a half only to ask for my co-pay back, after girl with blue hair let another patient who came in after me to go first, but manager Marina instead of apologizing in very rude Soviet like manner told me to look for another doctor. Fantastic doctor BUT the WORST STAFF! My first time here at 65 Broadway in the city and I arrived early for my 12:30 doctors appointment and wasn't seen until 2:00 (mind you I was on my lunch period ) I couldn't believe how nasty the staff was when I questioned when I was going to be seen. Geriatric medicine - HA. Long flight of stairs to office - I use a walker. Her advice was not helpful. Did not consider my needs. The rest of the staff was nicer.

Been seeing Dr. Lelchuk for 2 years and she is wonderful. Unlike other doctors who prefers to medicate you to fix your medical issues, Dr. Lelchuk has a more natural approach and preventive approach thereby fixing your problems at its roots. I went to Dr. Lelchuk after a friend recommended her. I had not been to a Doctor in quite some time and I had a few problems. Dr Lelchuk actually listened to me for 20 minutes while I rambled on and she came up with a a great plan for my issues. She didn't just shove pills at me like my last doctor she recommended some alternative treatments and a few regular pills. I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I am much happier and glad I went to her even though she is further than my last Doctor. Thank You!!!!!
