When I was sent to her office didn't received nothing but kindness, I couldn't see because Cataracts On both my eyes she did surgery what a change that made a difference in my life I couldn't see driving at dark. Now can see 2020 just need reading glasses

Great service and caring dr

I have been going to Dr Sasaki for many years. She is an extremely caring person. Her knowledge and expertise have allowed me to see. She explains the different options, as well as expected results. Difficult medical situations are handled with care and understanding. She is supported by a knowledgeable staff that is always willing to help with insurance paperwork and special needs. When I first walked in to Dr. Sasaki's office, I felt like I was 100 years old, very weak because of systemic medication for my eye problems. After the first surgery she did on my eye, I felt that she had saved my life because I got off the meds. Two surgeries later, I feel normal again, but it's been a long road. She has been very patient, explaining the risks of dealing with my particular problems and what could go wrong in surgeries that would be low risk for other people. Because of her expertise none of those complications happened. It is really great to have a surgeon that you know is capable of doing everything possible to save your eyesight. The office staff is very efficient, and from what I've seen, they are very tactful in dealing with people who show up and think that, in this day and age, you should walk in the door and immediately be seen by the doctor. Hey, they have the best assortment of NEW magazines in any medical office I've been in. Read em, and be patient. In comparison to all other doctors, this office makes you wait less than any place else. And in a year of frequent follow-up visits, I have never seen the staff screw up anything. In fact, they are really good at dealing with insurance and setting up surgeries. Some very old patients have really severe medical problems and use public transportation to get there, and the staff seems very kind to them. This reflects the attitude of the doctors who run the place. (I've spent enough time in the waiting room to see all this.) Dr. Sasaki is definitely no-nonsense, so she does a pretty good job of keeping on schedule in the office. And with surgeries, everything goes like clockwork. Also, this is the first doctor's office where I don't go home and think I have to wash off all the germs. The whole building is really clean and pleasant, even with the heavy traffic that goes through it. All their equipment is clean and up to date, and she has access to all the latest technology in doing treatments. So incredibly rude. Plenty of other doctors in the area where the receptionists will be polite and informative.

Dr Sasaki is very thorough and clearly explains the treatment needed for my eye care. I feel confident in allowing her to perform surgery on my eye

Dr. Sasaki is good in explaining things and giving you the time you need. That being said there is a wait time. When you show up on time you will still have to wait. The front desk staff ..I m not sure how long their lunch is ..But they don't answer phones sometimes for 2 hours. Additionally, I feel that the front desk staff is not on top of it ..They forget things or they tell you things that turn out to be wrong. Best to double check what ever the front desk say just to make sure . Dr. Sasaki is good in explaining things and giving you the time you need. That being said there is a wait time. I feel, extremely comfortable when I respond to an appointment with Dr. Sasaki! Immediately you feel you are the most important appointment of her day!) The Dr's. treatments with me during these past several years have proven/shown me that I have continued great eyesight! Life goes on! Thank you, Dr. Sasaki and Staff! I've known dr Sasaki for 20 years or so. She's both a knowledgable eye surgeon and the nicest person you can find. She did a couple of surgeries on my eye and the experience was superb. Can't find a better Doctor.!
