Dr. Irene Jong

Been to see a couple of times. First time, doctor seemed nice. Second time, for follow up, a little arrogant attitude. I had some question about my bloodwork tests and what they meant and she said she didn't have time to talk and I should call her office the next day instead. Time I spent with with her was just a few minutes actually. I never had such a short doctor appointment.

Doctor was inattentive and impatient during my appointment with her. I asked her a basic question about the medication she was prescribing, because as I was trying to explain to her, I had had an allergic reaction to another medication for the same condition prescribed by my previous doctor under my former health care plan. She cut me off and essentially told me to just take it and she didn't have time to discuss further because she had another patient waiting. Told me I could call later to discuss my concerns with a physician's assistant. Really unprofessional demeanor.

Dr. Irene Jong.... I will say that she is one of the best doctors I have. She has always listened to my issues at hand and never hesitated to react appropriately to the problem. Dr. Jong is very into her patients needs and will just about answer all emails if time permits I’ve experienced. I would recommend her to everyone but then I probably wouldn’t be able to get an appointment when needed. Lol She is a fabulous Doctor to have. Dave

Dr. Jong is a wonderful physician. She's knowledgeable and extremely caring. When my husband and I visit with her, we trust her insight and assessment of the issue!!! We absolutely love her and appreciate her care!!! We highly recommend Dr. Jong!!!

My husband is her patient. He has a serious medical issue and she asked to review a notebook that he keeps of all kinds of data he keeps from his myeloma specialist. She took notes and called the next day so we could pick it up! We were blown away. She is as kind as she is smart.

Dr. Jong was my mother's doctor for several years. She moved away and immediately got in contact with us upon her return to the area. Her bedside manner is second to none. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Dr. Jong was kind, patient, understanding, courteous and truly treated our mother as she would treat her own family. She is an outstanding doctor with a genuine love of medicine and her patients. If you are a patient of hers or just a family member of a patient, trust and know that you are in the best of hands!
