Dr. Irance' Reddix

This practice used to be great when Dr. Reddix actually practiced medicine there, now she is just a name on the door. Good luck getting the prescriptions you need. If they get called in at all you have a 50/50 chance that they are the correct medicine and/or that they called into the correct pharmacy, plus they don't respond to pharmacy refill requests. Also be prepared to be billed for office visits that you never had and to be billed for an office visit when they call in a prescription refill. You will be rushed through your appointment and if you have multiple areas of concern that you want to discuss you will be told to pick one or two and that's it because insurance doesn't like them spending a lot of time with patients. The level of incompetence in the office staff and "Dr." Setlow (Not sure how a nurse practitioner is a an actual doctor) is incomprehensible. The interns and nurses are the best care you will get there.

Great doctor, HORRIBLE STAFF AND FILTHY OLD OFFICE!! If you can ever get in to actually see the doctor she is great, but good luck with that! The staff in her office don't return phone calls, or follow up with patients EVER!! The office is old even after relocation and not as clean as I would hope for a doctor's office. As much as I liked the experience with Dr. Reddix, I will be going elsewhere for care

My kids like Dr. Reddix and she has also helped my wife on occasions despite their offices being closed. I would highly recommend!

SHE IS A CARING DOCTOR WITH HER PATIENTS SHE WILL TAKE THE TIME TO TALK AND EXPLAIN YOUR MEDICAL PROBLEM AND WHAT HER PLAN OF TREATMENT WILL BE SHE ALLOWS YOU TIME TN GIVE YOU A TISSUE TO WIPE YOUR TEARS!!! SHE TREATS HER PATIENTS WITH LOVE AND CARE AND MEDICAL EXPERTISE I HAVE RECOMMENDED MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO HER AND WE ALL AGREE SHE IS THE BEST DOCTOR IN THE USA!!!!!!

The most amazing Doctor. I was so impressed. For the last ten years I have traveled the country for work and have had the worst experiences with family practices that are branched off big hospitals. I have always felt like a number pushed through and expected to pay at the end. Dr. Reddix spent an hour with me going over my entire body. She answered all my questions in great detail and gave me a lot of recommendations. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very kind and sweet.

She has been my Primary Dr. since 2011. She spends more than adequate time with her patients which is why she's always running late. She is caring and concerned with your overall health. She treats the total person, she is not one of those Drs. that just gives you a pill. She listens and take your feeling into consideration when giving treatments. Her staff is friendly and patient. They put up with my moodiness and impatience. I think she is a good Doctor.

She is a terrible Doctor. She seems to not know what she is doing and she treats patients with chronic illness terrible. No bed side manor. Do NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! All she wants is your co pay and she adds extra money on to that.
