Dr Krafchin was great on 1st appt when he scared me into surgery without even a biopsy. Dr. Krafchin and his staff are fantastic! The doctor does great work and there was little to no pain or discomfort in any of my various mole removal surgeries. He's efficient and I’ve never been in the surgery area for more than 30 minutes. Super easy to deal with, little to no scars, and less annoying than going to the dentist. I always make the joke that they have the best customer service in northeastern pa, but it’s likely close to the truth. They're incredibly friendly, warm, and eager to help. Even after knowing I would be switching doctors due to my new insurance, they gave me a huge discount on a recent surgery that wasn’t covered. I recommend this place to anyone due to their exceptional customer service, clean facility, and caring doctor. Dr. Krafchin and his staff are fantastic! Have used Dr for many years, he does excellent work, he is on time and professional with a great personality. His office staff is polite and friendly and puts your worries at ease .The office is spacious and immaculate.

DO NOT choose this plastic surgeon if you are having reconstruction after breast cancer. He was always in a hurry and the end result was terrible. He even admitted he did not do a very good job after it was to late to fix it!

By far the best plastic surgeon on the east coast. I traveled from DC suburbs to see him to repair a botched nose job from a supposed top DC doctor, and could not be happier with results. I heard about him from a friend in NY. He is a true find and so is his staff. A gentle, honest doctor who tells it like it is and not how you want to hear it. Hard to believe he could do anything wrong. Bethesda, MD

Dr. Kraftchin is very caring and takes the time to explain the procedure and answers all your questions. Great results with surgery and I would highly recommend him.
