I had a very short wait today. The nurse did a very good job with my EKG. The Physician Asst, Rachael was very helpful and through discussing my health and plans for next 6 months.

Fast and efficient. Was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Very professional staff. Clean atmosphere.

Everyone was super nice and very attentive. I understand that this is a fast pace place but when the Dr. came in to see me, I felt as if I was being rushed about my care.. Nothing is wrong thank goodness but a little bedside matter would be nice

Friendly efficient caring

The doctor did a heart ablation on me. He takes his time. He talks with you , explains it well. I would highly recommend this practice. Specially, Dr. Kelesidis if you have A fib Excellent physician.

Dr. Kelesidis is a great doctor, saw me at the hospital on a Sunday and operated on me the next day, he knew exactly what needed to be done and did it well

My experience with Dr. Kelesidis was not good. On my 1st visit with him, without him having asked me any questions or running tests on me, he tried to schedule me for an Ablation and had me on 2 different heart medications for a 1 time medical episode I experienced. He didn't take thr time to explain things to me amd I felt like just another number in his office. He later scheduled a test with my insistence only to tell me afterwards that now I needed a pacemaker and said he would have someone set up the surgery immediately. Again, this was without any regard to my background or what was going when I tested. I spoke to other doctors who thought his actions were aggressive and recommended a 2nd opinion. I did and found that I did not need a pacemaker and I am no longer on medication.

Very friendly and passionate office staff, your greeted with a smile as you check in and the nurses are very professional and easy to talk to,and your Dr is by far the best at what he or she does,you get to carry a conversation and they explain everything to you so its easy to understand. I thank them all so very much. Definitely a five star office!

Dr. Kelesidis has done a fantastic job managing my A-Fib and now my Ablation. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind, friendly and personable. All of the staff were great, especially Rachel his PA. They were helpful, patient and got me exactly what I needed. I am so glad I chose Premier Heart and would highly recommend them to anyone.

He is very professional.. even has a bit of a sense of humor. Surgery was scary but living with this condition was even scarier. He was able to cure me and give me my life back. The doctors are the best and would highly recommend them to everyone. The staff on the other hand especially the insurance department needs to be replaced. I was told that they did not have my insurance authorization for a procedure which in fact was not so she did not follow up with my company and in there parking lot I had it approved in less than an hour while she was supposed to have done it 3 weeks prior. Follow up yourself if told is was not approved yet. The doctors are the best and would highly recommend them to everyone. I’m thankful for him and his staff at Premier Heart and Vascular They have all been very nice and worked hard through this pandemic to ensure there patients are seen in a good frame. He did my pacemaker surgery with 24 hours of my spinal surgery so I’m grateful he was there to take care of me in the time of need. Dr. Kelesidis recommended a pacemaker after an exam that showed a slore than normal heartbeat. He was very thorough and thoughtful in explaining the problem, the pacemaker and the procedure. I have had follow ups with him and he has been diligent to make sure all was working correctly. I look forward to continuing with him as long as the need is present. Dr. Kelesidis is very professional and an excellent surgeon. He and his staff are proficient in every aspect of their health care procedures. They are very attentive, respectful and patient. Being an older person all these qualities are important to me.
