Doctor Carrano is a very caring spinal cord injury specialist , pain doctor who listened to my problems and professionally helped me with my pain that i have for many years. She called me when she had the flu and i thanked her. I am very happy with the care i get from Dr. Carrano. Thank you very much. Mike Kaplan

I am a care manager who has referred my members diagnosed with developmental disabilities, including physical, to Dr. Carrano. The members have reported to this writer complete satisfaction with Dr. Carrano. They have gotten new wheelchairs that meet their medical needs, including durable medical equipment. Most importantly, what made them happy was Dr. Carrano took her time explaining all medical treatment options in a way they understood. In addition, the staff has been great with getting the scripts and paperwork necessary to get authorization from the health insurance carrier, including working with the vendor. As a care manager who works with several health providers, having this type of service is gold, hence my reason for the 5-star approval. Dr Carrano takes her time with each patient . A very thorough neurological exam each visit . Her approach is multi- faceted. I be found her upfront and honest with me . She is highly qualified and I feel safe in her care . A compassionate manner ,always up to date on new treatments. Very patient . Most grateful for this level of care locally . Dedicated above and beyond. Was treated by doctor while in rehab and have been consulting with for years. Excellent advice and committed to my needs.

My family and I were treated in an unprofessional manner by those in the billing department. Their unwillingness to work with me to resolve a payment shows that this facility is more concerned with a patient's money than a patient's health and recovery. Unless you are willing to wait over an hour to be seen for an appointment, pay $25 for each appointment you cancel that is not at least 24 hours in advance, and be mistreated by the billing department, I ardently advise you to seek another facility. Met in 2000 after severe spinal cord injury, assisted me through 6 months intense therapy which took from paralysis to assisted ambulation...Highly hands on, emotionally committed doctor giving informed sincere advice and medical support
