Dr. Shmerlin is professional,friendly and caring

Dr. Shmerlin is amazing. So few medical professionals partner with their patients to create positive results, but she does. My previous physician passed away and I was reluctant to fully engage and trust her, but I'm so glad I did. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Helpful and concern

My Dr is an amazing Dr she is very caring and concerned about my medical condition. She is one of a kind I am so blessed for her to be my Oncologist Doctor.

I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Shmerlin as she takes the time to explain my recent test results and answer questions I have with regards to my current healthcare and my future outlook. She shares her medical knowledge freely and completely with reference to my treatment. With Dr. Shmerlin I have developed an easy rapport which is so necessary in a doctor/patient relationship. I count myself fortunate that on our last visit I actually got a hug as we parted!

She has the best opinions and the best nurses. I love the way I'm treated there every time I show up. I wouldn't change her for no other doctor. Thank Ms shmerlin I appreciate everything you have done.

Dr. Shermlin is one of the best. She keep me informed about health and she's very passionate about her work and patients. Great Doctor. The staff is very efficient and friendly.

Dr. Shmerlin took time to explain why the testing was being done and once the results were back she explained to results. She was very considerate and made sure to reiterate my condition was not my fault. She stopped me in my tracks on my road of self blame. I really appreciated that.

Very thorough. Takes time to get to really know you. I would recommend Dr. Shmerlin highly to anyone!

I have known Dr. Shmerlin since 2010 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I see her every 6 months for a check up. Last year they discovered a blood clot in my right leg. I was happy to find out Dr. Shmerlin is also a hematologist. My last visit was for a check up on the blood clot which has dissolved !

I appreciate her service. I gave a 4 rating for the long wait. The problem I have each time I've visited (twice) I waited about an 45 mins to an hour. They have a sign that if you haven't been called in 15 mins please let the receptionist know, which I did. What's that about? I was never given a reason for the delay. I am new to her service so I am not use to waiting that long. My other doctor usually saw me within my time schedule and gave me a reason for the delay (which was Medical City).

She is such a great dr. She is caring & explains my condition & how she plans to take care of me.

I feel that Dr. Shmerlin is an excellent oncologist and doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She has always made me feel like I was important to her and that she cares a great deal about all her patients. She has gotten me through some hard times and continues to do so. I am glad she is on my side during one of the most stressful times of my life. She has a very calming manner that is definitely needed in her field.

Had demonstrated excellence in profession and I am glad she taking care of me...

Dr. Shmerlin is very caring and concerned about her patients. She does not order tests when they are not needed, yet carefully checks your condition to determine the next steps to be taken. I am completely pleased with her as my healthcare provider.

Dr Shmerlin has been a good knowledgeable doctor and a great listener. I have been a patient of hers for almost 9 years and everything has gone smoothly. She quickly suggests procedures when something doesn't seem quite right such as lab results, swelling, blood pressure, etc. Overall, I'm fine with her.

Dr. Inna Shmerlin is one “fabulous” oncologist! She is not only highly knowledgeable, but is caring, concerned, thoughtful and everything wonderful that one desires for a TOP physician in her specialty field!

I feel safe and secure with her,i felt lost when Dr hearth passed iknew her for twenty yrs , but wheni i met Dr Shmerlin ifelt secure

The Doctor is very professional, good listener, clear on my needs as a cancer patient. She not only display the knowledge and has has the ability to speak clearly makes no me very happy about all of her treatment. Treatment plan clear.

Dr. Shmerlin has been my Oncologist for the past 6 yrs. She is caring and very through and makes sure you get the BEST treatment for your cancer. I absolutely love her and her staff!
