Very poor customer service, and rude team. Dr. London doesn’t know how to work and communicate with small kids. After several unpleasant events at her office and unprofessional attitude we decided to leave but they will not release our kids’ information and records.

Never in my life I was billed full price for visit with in network insurance. We have United Healthcare, through my employer, United Healthcare says it's illegal for Inna London office to send us full bill, since they have contract with UHC and they have not filed documents properly. Front office of Inna London (Igor) tells me that I own them money and it's my problem, they are not going to reach out to insurer and get it right. Pros: Good and friendly pediatrician for my daughter, also close to my house. Cons: I was charged extra $25 out of pocket for just filling out a health wellness form for my insurance company. I mean, really?smh, my PCP did it for free as it was part of the annual exam. I was never told about this fee either until the last moment...
