Dr. Ingrid N. Wilson

Dr. Wilson and her staff are wonderful, however I have been hung up on, and told twice now by this doctors after hours answering service that the operator is unable to take a message for Dr. Wilson. This is quite traumatic for cancer patients like me. I have worked as an operator for an after hours answering service, and what the operator calling herself Candy has done this evening to me is quite illegal in the State of Michigan and with the Federal government, as I was reporting insurance carrier fraud and identity theft, as to let Dr. Wilson's office not to release my medical records or to treat anyone claiming to be me with false identification. If I could give Dr. Wilson's after hours answering service a negative 100 score, I would, as the last time I tried to get a hold of Dr. Wilson's office it took 2.5 hours and I was hung up on numerous times by the overflow answering service. Candy at Dr. Wilson's after hours answering service is why so much of our tax dollars go to fighting fraud in Washington. Dr. Wilson is the best.. She delivered my Twins and they are now 1 years old but she made me feel so comfortable and even when it was time for my boy twin to come out i saw worry in her eyes because his heart rate was dropping but she and i got him out just in time.. She is awesome! I recommend her to everyone because she truly cares...
