The atmosphere here is inviting. You feel like you are entering a spa rather than a Dr's office. Professional ,friendly & knowledgeable. Dr Carlson seems to be available for questions even outside of business hours. Refreshing.

Dr. Carlson is so knowledgeable. The office is so clean and you immediately feel comfortable. They provide you with a robe and slippers to change into. She treats her patients with such care and patience. I’ve been to plenty of Physicians but this is the first time I feel like I’m being listened to and concerns are truly cared about. Refreshing. Dr. Carlson and her staff are excellent. I went to Dr. Carlson when she was at Mayo Clinic and now in her new office, which feels more like being in a spa (with robes and slippers) than being in a medical facility. She and her staff are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Carlson is a very hands-off doctor. She is practically impossible to get ahold of when you need results or have any questions. She is also unfortunately the only OBGYN at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. I had nothing but wonderful experiences with the clinic up until my issue with her. I have since left the practice due to the lack of care she provided.
