I wish I’d read these reviews before choosing her for my telemedicine appointment. It took a while to be seen and then when I told her what was happening, she kept saying it’s probably Covid and I need to get a PCR test. White patches on your throat is not a symptom of Covid… I even told her I took an at home test and it was negative, and she insisted that they aren’t trustworthy and I need a PCR test. She said it could be strep or a viral infection as well, but I’d need to go be seen in person somewhere. I really hoped that she’d hear my symptoms (white spots all over throat, fever, body aches and chills) and say it’s likely strep, I’ll prescribe you an antibiotic. It’s not like it would hurt me to take an antibiotic even if it was a viral infection. She was very cold and impersonal. I definitely would not waste my time scheduling with her. From these reviews it seems like she ends up just telling you to be seen in person anyways.

Had a virtual appt for my daughter—would not let me finish my questions—very abrupt and rude.

She is terrible.. Dont waste your time. Worst in-person or virtual visit I have ever had. Try a different provider. I will have to see another dr- because she did NOT listen at all.

Did nothing for a uti, told me to go see a doctor in person after only talking to me for 1 minute. Showed the positive home test and have all the symptoms. Still got charged the $79. Now I have no money to go take care of it.

This doctor wouldn’t listen to me. She insisted I had allergies but I live in a state where it is 2 degrees out and there are very few allergies right now. I noticed she is from California Where it is mild all year so they probably have all year allergies. I am almost 60 years old and know my body. I have been dragging around and unable to exercise which doesn’t change with allergies. All she wanted to do was give me more allergy medicine. Geez I could have done that. She told me to check back in another week so I get to feel like crap for another week. Thanks a lot. I am not some kid. I have had this stuff before. I know what fixes it.

Dr. Antall was very kind and considerate during my appointment. She listened attentively to me and provided a recommendation for immediate relief and gave me a new plan of action to take the next day when my local pharmacy opened. I'm very thankful Dr. Antall was able to assist me.

Did not exhibit any care or compassion for me as a patient. Clearly was rushing through the visit to get the $. Worst PCP I have ever seen

Terrible. Clearly did not care to provide insight, kindness, eye contact, or concern into this virtual appointment for my sweet 4 year old daughter.

Waited almost four hours online was the next patient in line and she disconnected. This service is extremely poorly designed. So now I just get to drive myself to a hospital that's probably overridden with covid. Thanks doc.

I was disconnected after waiting in 3 hour lines for a virtual visit with Dr. Antall. It happened multiple times. When I called support, they put me in a call-back line, and Dr. Antall declined that, too. It wasn't just disappointing; I'm still waiting to get a note to return to work, and that has a real impact.

Extremely careless. I waited 90 minutes and she disappeared without any explanation. Now i have to wait for another doctor for a while.

Used a virtual health app through my employer and was stunned at the ignorance and poor attitude of this provider. She was immediately defensive and rude when I asked about her clinical rationale o my situation (informed consent anyone?). She ended up prescribing the needed medication, but in a blatantly ineffective dosage against all standards of care for the condition (retaliation). I saw my physician 2 days later, and finally received competent care. I see in these reviews where others have had similar issues with her attitude. I’m hoping they received more competent care at least. No evidence of critical thinking skills was present during my visit with this would be provider.

I did an online visit with her tonight about my grandson and she was very knowledgeable, took the time to listen and explain. I had forgotten to mention something to her during the chat so I had to call her back a few minutes later and she didn’t seem bothered by me at all. I will definitely use her again. I was actually looking online to see where she practices so maybe we could use her in office but I couldn’t find an office that she is affiliated with.

Used Virtual Care app. Very poor experience with this Dr. During virtual online appt informed Dr I was having ear infection/sinus infection. Not the 1st time having this issue, told her which meds worked for me. She did not listen to my concerns & argued with me throughout the conversation. She subscribed an antibiotic to pharmacy but did not inform me what med. Found out she prescribed Augmentin; gave me bad side effects including vaginal yeast infection & another trip to Dr’s

Dr. Antall is fantastic ! She's extremely helpful, kind, and I would highly recommend her. I feel fortunate to have found her.

Dr. listened to my concerns, she addressed them. Very professional, kind and attentive. Online app through our insurance, she took care of my prescription for diverticulitis and gave me well wishes!!

I had a video appointment with her with AnywhereCare via my healthcare. She prescribed the drug Bactrin for me which is a sulfa drug, though I didn't find that out until I went to pick it up at the pharmacy. I have a sulfa allergy and she prescribed me a sulfa drug. It's the only allergy I have. Total negligence.

Used this provider through an online app and she was horrible. This isn't the first time I've gotten sick in my life, I have children and been down the virus/sinus infection path several times. She didn't listen to my concerns (the only reason I paid for and online dr) and basically argued with me the entire convo. She didn't provide me with the antibiotics I needed. Went into the urgent care and low and behold they said it was a sinus infection. Horrible Dr and experience.

It's always funny how visibly annoyed some doctors get if you mention any online research you've done prior to your consult. I'm not sure if this stems from insecurity or what, but it is very unbecoming. Overall, Mrs. Antall is a great example of why people prefer male physicians; with attitudes like hers, this in unlikely to change anytime soon.

Used an online app. Paid for appointment and was told we would only address 1 out of 3 problems to pick one. Was told to "Hurry up" because other people were waiting we were on the phone less then 10 minutes total. Would not use again unless absolutely desperate.

Used an app to do an online visit by webcam, it was GREAT! Not all visits work for online, but my needs were met and the Dr was very personable. Highly recommend her!
