No common courtesy. No customer service. Rude office staff, uncaring doctor. Cares more about pushing Covid shot than their patient's quality of life!

These people are awesome. At first I was skeptical, but Dr. Gatiwala assured me he would get to the bottom of my pain and get me a diagnosis. And after years of pain I finally got one. Thank You Guys for all of your help, time and energy spent on me.

Very nice and polite staff! I've been going for a couple of years and I haven't had any problems!!

A nerve conduction test is a very painful test, but I was made to feel I was listened to, as well as having my needs meet during the test. Along with the brave nurses and staff to hold my hands, stress balls were offered and myself requesting a fan on was accommodated. Thanks so much!!

Do not see this man. He is rude dismissive and does not care. I wanted to leave no star at all.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN! My aunt was referred to him and before he would even see her he called her "stupid" for not having the COVID vaccination yet, she was instructed by her primary not to take the vaccination until she was cleared by neurology. He then refused to see her and again called her stupid. There are much better practitioners to go to, don't up up with this level of unprofessionalism.

Very friendly and most of all they were able to pin point exactly what was wrong and gave me the best treatment available and I was feeling better within a few days.

I was referred. An appointment scheduled really quickly. I had tests and procedures performed in office. The staff was absolutely amazing! From the receptionist at the beginning and the receptionist to the end! Never saw a frown from any of the staff. The physicians were very professional and knowledgeable, they have their own chart portal. You can go in and interact with the staff and ask questions if needed. I was referred. Dr. Gatiwala is an exact, pinpointed physician, running only needed tests and giving only needed meds. He is a brilliant physician and knows his patients and their needs.

Dr. Indravadan S. Gatiwala is an insensitive doctor who didn't care about my past 15 year history of migraine or listening to my concerns. He talked to me as though I was ignorant and twice insulted my intelligence. I would never go back to such an insensitive doctor who has an inflated ego and shows little respect to his patience. Dr. Gatiwala and his staff have been a blessing to our family. His expertise, professionalism, and candor is helping us through some of the most difficult challenges in our life. In addition, his staff are quick to respond to any questions or concerns that may arise. I would recommend Lumberton Neurology with the highest recommendation that I could give based on Dr. Gatiwala and his staff.
