My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Gautam for wellness and illness visits for the last 5+ years and have been satisfied with our visits each and every time. I am SO pleased with the care and attention I receive and trust her with my healthcare. Care is proactive, holistic, thorough, and not solely focused on medication. Visits never feel rushed and my concerns are always addressed. Ms. Shay in office is also super sweet and caring, it's always a joy talking to her on the phone or having an encounter with her. My treatment plans have always been spot on. I was recently seen for bronchitis and the medication prescribed was effective. I love how the second I walk in the clinic, the atmosphere itself is healing. The clinic is super clean and I love all of the nurturing art touches. Also of importance, is when I ever have a need or a refill on medications, this is handled promptly. I have no concerns and will continue to trust this group with my healthcare needs. This physician and staff go above and beyond to ensure my wellbeing.

Dr. Gautam is an excellent physician. She truly cares about her patients both physical and mental. I would highly recommed her. She is the best.

Everyone here is so nice and Dr. Gautam takes her time with you. Great experience from the time you walk-in to the time you leave.

If your looking for a primary physician Dr. Gautam is awesome! She makes sure you have a full understanding of your mental and physical health. She’s very compassionate when it comes to spiritual and natural health! Your appointment slot belongs to you and she doesn’t rush her time with you. She tried to make room to see you if you’re ill and if she absolutely cannot she speaks to you over the phone. She’s such a beautiful soul! Her office is extremely clean and the staff are amazing as well! They are very friendly and welcoming! I promise you will enjoy your visit!

This was my first visit with Dr. Gautam, but won't be my last. She has a no nonsense manner which I liked, and was very helpful to me, She was compassionate, yet maintained professionalism. She gave me lots to think about and was very thorough. Her staff was so accommodating and nice, even though I was confused about the appointment time, they still allowed me the visit. Awesome doctor! I like how she spends time with each patient unlike these other doctors that are just pushing meds. She talks to her patients and takes an approach that encompasses everything from diet to exercise to mental/spiritual well-being. We have different views on diet and nutrition but I’d take her over most other dockets any day. My whole family goes to her. If she ever retires, I guess we won’t be going to the doctor anymore. ???? Amazing doctor. I take my parents here. Dr. Gautam takes her time, makes personal phone calls and educates us during every visit. We love her.

Beware. She’s trying really hard to be a good provider but falls short - way short. Talks a lot about herself. Staff is next level incompetent and beyond rude. There are no words to describe how backward this operation is. Smh

Sadly just another mediocre doctor in Louisiana. They are a dime a dozen and she is no exception. Her staff is even less competent and rude beyond belief. They Don’t return phone calls. It takes an act of Congress to get a prescription filled and the talk of prayer and meditation is just unprofessional. Pls don’t impart your spiritual practices on patients - it’s not your job. Your job is to take care of their health and not their soul. Stay focused and don’t be so arrogant to think ppl care what your thoughts are on spirituality. It’s kinda crazytown there so beware.

Dr. Gautam has been my doctor for several years and I absolutely without a doubt love her bedside manner and her professionalism. She is a caring dedicated doctor that will get to the bottom of your illness. Her office staff is the BEST. They are polite kind and very professional.

I absolutely love Dr. Gautam but don’t ever try to call her office. YOU WILL NEVER GET MORE THAN A RECORDING AND NEVER A RETURN CALL. Find an office that actually answers their phone and/or returns calls.

Dr. Gautam is the most caring and loving Dr. I have ever met. She always takes the time to listen to me and treats me like a person and not just a number. She has always went out of her way to explain and make sure before I left her office that I understood everything completely. I never felt like her office was a revolving door where she just walked in and walked out she by far is the greatest Dr. in the area!

Doctor Gautam and her staff are fantastic. She asked a lot of questions and she listened to my answers. Doctor Gautam actually took the time to get to know about me and shared her philosophy on patient care. I wish more doctors were like her!!!!

If you are lucky enough to be in the area Dr. Gautam is the absolute best! We lived in Delcambre and didn’t mind the drive because she’s just so great. She truly cares about your health, mental and physical, and really gets to know you and your family.

She is easy to talk to and she listens to you. Takes her time and never seems in a rush. She's honest and not going to prescribe something you don't need or want. Also, wait times are short. I'm so glad my wife and I found her.

Dr. Gautam takes time necessary to diagnose and treat patients. She does not 'skirt around' the truth, she is direct. I have always felt I am able to communicate effectively with her. She is a great teacher and a very caring doctor.
