I had an appointment today and didn’t even get a chance to see anyone. 1 hour after my scheduled appointment, I said that I couldn’t wait anymore and had to leave. They said they had a situation with a patient that put everyone behind. I understand that, but the decent thing to do would be to tell me that they would not be able to see me on time and ask if I wanted to reschedule rather than just leave me hanging. I had already paid my co-pay for the visit and they would not refund it.

I have not seen him in his office. He was called in on my consult in the hospital he was very friendly he explained everything. He had an excellent bedside manner which is very hard to find anymore.

Rude and ignorant. When you stand outside the patients room before even meeting them and state to a student this will take no more then 8 minutes tops that shows you lack compassion for your patients. Also, when going over the health history and someone writes "socially" for how often do you drink, you should not say "are you sure you don't mean heavily?" As a medical professional myself, I was appalled at the way I was treated. Does not even deserve one star.
