Dr. Imran K Niazi

I used him for years involving 3 ICD change-outs w/o any issues. To his credit, he may have even saved my life. That is, in his earliest years of practice. My last encounter with him, however, was (has been/will be) my LAST! After the change-out, I felt the worst I've felt in YEARS for about 2-3 weeks, needing to visit the ER 2Xs as I was experiencing severe heart failure. W/O devulging too much info in an effort to protect my ID, it was clear he'd 'dropped the ball' when they neglected to administer a Lovenox injection B4 the procedure. At my next visit he behaved cold, uncar-ing, and muted manner. I call it "THe Corporate Shield" probably in an effort to limit any liability. His tactics were reckless and unprofessional

I fill in the last few years the quality of care was going down. I went in with afib and was told deal with it your old (47) and see him in a year if I want! the nrses where even shocked. no dr should have the right to treat a patient the way he did.

July 21st 2016 is the day that Dr. Niazi implanted a pacemaker / defibrillator in my chest. Had it not been for him and my primary care physician Dr. Michael Hobbs I would would not be able to post this review, They saved my life.
