She is a good doctor. But poor communication. They sent a reminder for our yearly but fail to send a letter or call saying they wont be eccepting our insurance anymore.

She's been my eye doctor for more than 10 years and every appointment has been a good, easy to make and I have been very happy with my treatment, our conversations and my prescription.

Wow, is her office staff rude. Office appointments are always running very late, with no notification to patients waiting. Always feel rushed in and out. Seeking care now with another provider.

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment (scheduled at 2:20 pm). At 3:15 (55 minutes after appointment time) I checked with receptionist to see what was going on. Was told there was still one patient ahead of me, but no idea how long it would be. Asked to be rescheduled for 1st appointment of the day, whenever available. Was told “for me” 1st appointment of day would be at 2:10 pm (??) and that there would always be a wait. Seeing how well the 2:20 appointment was working out, I decided to find another doctor (my previous appointment the year before had also involved a long wait). Rude, unhelpful staff, a very poor reflection on the entire operation. Sadly, my fabulous ophthalmologist of 15 years retired. I’ll keep looking.

The staff are very rude, and not helpful. Clearly they don't want to be there or care about their job. The doctor is okay at best, and a bit rude. Although she is somewhat good at her job, she has very bad bedside manners. It takes a lot for me to write a review. Having gone here multiple times, thinking maybe the current experience will be better, the combination of consistent terrible receptionists along with a doctor who has no awareness of beside manners, I had to to write a rating. Avoid.

Terrible experience! Went to ER for flash burns to my eyes from welding on a Sun - given this office to follow-up next day. Called Mon and explained ER said needed to be seen within 24-48 hrs - told not urgent can wait until Thurs. This is not the case and they should have known that! Showed up Thurs only to be told may not be covered by insurance, office staff not helpful at all. It would've been covered if they had helped me -left without being seen.

Awful staff. Do NOT go here if you like being treated with respect.

I would not recommend this doctor's office. This office is reap off. For our annual eye exam covered under medical insurance plan we got a bill of big $$ as they would not bill to insurance under preventive care. When we made an appointment we clearly mentioned that we want to come in for yearly eye exam. The lady Marge in bill department is rude and hung up phone while discussing the claim.

Completely unprofessional. Appointments are never on time, my last appointment was at 1:00pm and I was told I was second patient after lunch. After 45 Minutes of waiting and several other patients going in after me I was taken care of. Another visit I had something wrong with my eyes and after very little looking at my eyes she told me I had dry eyes and wrote a perscription for over $100 eyedrops. Needless to say I am looking for a new doctor.
