Doctors in this practice are ok, but their receptionist is rude and ill-mannered person, rolling her eyes and badmouthing to her co-workers about patients right in front of them. Switching to a different ophthalmologist since dealing with this woman every time is a pain. Have to update this, after doctor’s staff responded to my initial review: I did call the same day in the morning to confirm that I can be seeing by the doctor, and I was given a specific time slot to come. Isn’t it called an appointment? And to start with, I was waiting for my initial appointment with the doctor for 2 months and when I was seeing a simple procedure didn’t go well. I understand that things like that happen, but, as a result I had to take 2 days off from work bc I couldn’t see anything and couldn’t take care of my kids either and had to come back a few times to see the doctor after the procedure. The both front desk's ladies are very polite and professional, after 8 years of my visits.

The best Ophtalmologist I ever knew, so is the staff, but the secretary at the reception desk in most cases is impolite, if not to say rude. The most caring and an expert in her field. Wonderful personality. The staffs are very nice and helpful.

Doctor Genis is an amazing doctor! She performed a complicated cataract surgery for my 76 yo mother, who was completely blind on 1 eye; everything went very well, and when next day following the surgery Dr. Genis removed the protective eye cover, my mom started crying as she was so very happy to be able to see again. Thank you, amazing Dr. Genis!

Do not make appointments! This is useless! You will wait for at least two hours even though you came on time! Receptionists are rude and obnoxious!!! Horrible!

At my experience the doctor is very good. Also employees are nice people.
