I'm still sitting in my car at 12:45 waiting to be called in for my 11:30 appointment. At 11:30 they said it would be " at least a half hour delay ".if I wasn't desperate for a new prescription, I would have left. Never again.

My son and I have been going to Dr. Neeley for 25 years + she is absolutely Wonderful! Truly cares about her patients and the health of their eyes.

I have a rare condition that can affect my vision in a variety of ways. Dr. Neely was very knowledgeable and experienced with patients with AVMs. I could not find a better specialist. Her bedside manner is fantastic too. Many insurances accepted.

Horrifying, I had a Eye Doctors Appointment with Dr. Neely, MD. I arrived on time but had forgotten my insurance card. I discussed all option with staff who told me to get the info from the card by calling someone at home. I was on the phone with someone at home getting my insurance information as requested by the staff when Dr. Neely came out into the waiting room with no ppe on and got into my personal space and started arguing with me that I didn't have my card. She was extremely rude and forced me to leave even though I was complying with the request of the staff. I got angry and yelled at her and left. This was a terrible way to treat a patient and this complaint is to warm others about an unprofessional Doctor.

A good thorough examination. Explaining everything in very clear language. And an extra plus, she is extremely engaging in conversation

I have been seeing Dr. Neely for years. She is very professional and explains in a way that is easily understandable.

WORST DOCTOR AND STAFF. The secretary Glenys and this doctor are a SCAM. They PRETENDED TO CALL MY INSURANCE AND MADE ME PAY THINKING THAT I WAS COVERED TO THEN TWO DAYS BEFORE MY SURGERY TO CHARGE ME FOR EVERYTHING, LYING ABOUT HAVING CONTACTED MY INSURANCE. When I went over to ask about a position on the matter, they told me that if I wasn’t happy I should LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR. Do yourself a favor and don’t put yourself through a situation like the one I had to go through with them.

I am a self pay patient, meaning I do not use insurance. Dr. Neely required that I allow them to scan my driver license into their computer. Having had my identity stolen once and having to spend years clearing up the mess, I told her I was not comfortable having my license scanned into her computer, but I would be happy to show it. She said it is their office policy to scan licenses and if I wouldn't let them I should leave.

I have been a patient of Doctor Neely for 17 years and this past week the insurance issue now in congress came up at my semi yearly visit. Her hate for the Obama Health Insurance was a shock to me, she has been my doctor from when I could see from two eyes to botched surgeries to now only able to see from one eye. She refused to give me a hard copy of my current scrip unless I paid 45.00 for it I am 84 years old and on Medicare, medicaid and could not afford the first time extra payment and she

When I first greeted the doctor she was very serious did not make me feel comfortable. I asked if removing the bump on my eyelid was going to hurt and she told me it will hurt a LOT. Before getting my eye surgery done she used eye drops while I blinked and told me if can't handle the eye drops I can't handle the cut and blade and asked me if I wanted to do it another day. After removing the bump she didn't even bother telling me what I needed to do to take care of my eyelid or prescribed me medicine. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH A DOCTOR. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PATIENT OF DR. NEELY AND FOUND HER TO BE A COMPETENT PHYSICIAN WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR HER PATIENTS. MY LAST EXAMINATION WAS WITH A MEMBER OF HER STAFF WHO USED RECORDS AND COMPUTER RECORDS THAT WERE NOT CURRENT. THE EXAMINATION WAS INCOMPLETE, AND EFFORTS TO CORRECT THIS AND BRING THIS TO HER ATTENTION WERE MET WITH RESISTANCE FROM HER OVER PROTECTIVE STAFF.
