Dr. Ilcheon Joo

Do not go here unless you want a mouth infection. Aside from that Dr.Joo is a very disrespectful, ignorant lil man of a supposed dentist. Went for a simple filling and somehow got my first mouth infection. Confronted the doctor and of course got nothing but ignorance in return. Currently speaking to an attorney to see this injustice corrected.

RUDE STAFF ON PHONES. Tried to make an appointment got attitude the entire time ended up hanging up out of frustration.

This place is absolutely pathetic. Unprofessional and extremely rude staff. The person at the front desk, Katie kept calling me honey after I told her that was unprofessional and inappropriate and asked her to stop. I kept trying to speak and would get interrupted or hung up on. I called back and they would answer the phone and hang up. Pitiful customer service. Amazing dentist. I always had bad experiences before I started going here. Never felt more comfortable!

Fantastic staff, super clean building, very helpful receptionist, thorough dental cleaning, Dr. Joo and his assistant were very understanding about my anxiety and made the filling appointment as painless and relaxing as possible. Highly recommend them, so glad I switched to this dentist.

Told me prior to my tooth extraction that my health insurance would cover bridges and I could get them done before I turned 21 and my insurance changed because if it didn’t I said I wanted a root canal. But Then after extraction was done I was told they would not accept my health insurance and there was nothing they could do basically cause they are backed up and want out of pocket payments first or because my insurance pays the smallest amount possible for the procedure. They did not care at all that I was misinformed bye them and showed complete disrespect at the front desk. Professional, courteous, and friendly !

Excellent! Awesome staff and Dr.joo was wonderful! I'm usually very nervous when it comes to dentists but this was by far the best experience I ever had. They got me in quick for a horrible toothache. Extraction was totally painless and very quick.. Will definately be going back and I recommend Dr.joo! AMAZING, Friendly courteous. Let me just say that they did what other dentists wouldn't do. I went to a few dentists before I found them and they went above and beyond to make me extremely happy, which makes me smile....something I couldn't do before I went there. They worked with me as far as my balance ( after I went a few times) I wouldn't ever recommend any other provider that Ive been to my whole life but they take the cake. AMAZING, Friendly courteous.
