Very kind and lovely doctor thank you so much Dr Okwara

I was referred to this physician by disability. They refer you to the closest physician near your home address and he is who I got. I cried the entire way home after the appointment. I am a registered nurse who contracted Covid in October 2020 and unfortunately, my health has not improved since my initial infection and caused multi organ damage. After fighting for disability for nearly 3 years, dealing with depression, anxiety, etc….he did nothing but contribute to my BAD EXPERIENCES. Medical professionals are supposed to be compassionate and kind. They way this doctor disrespected me and yelled at me….I was in utter shock. I was too vulnerable and in shock to even stand up for myself. I only wish my husband could have been there as my support and maybe this wouldn’t have happened but I can’t imagine how many others that he treats like this. I will say that he treated his African patients much MUCH BETTER than myself. Save yourself the time and find another doctor because this guy should NOT be a practicing. To make matters worse, he didn’t touch me. Disability sent me there for a physical and this guy didn’t even touch me. He interviewed me and made copies of the paperwork that I provided from my pcp and other specialists. This was such a waste of time but more so a triggering situation that could have been avoided on behalf of me, the patient, that the doctor is supposed to be serving, assisting, etc.

Dr. Okwara is an exceptional caring physician. He is concerned with the overall well-being of his patients.

Dr Okwara comes off very rude and does not take the time to full listen to concerns or issues.

Recently went to get a referral and Dr. Okwara was very rude and unprofessional. Please work on your customer service and try to be helpful!
