Kind, thorough, excellent listener. Thankful that he is in the area. Had a young family member that he took on as a patient even though he is no longer doing Pediatric Gastro. Definitely recommend.

Awesome Doctor and staff. Took time to explain things to me….literally an hour each at a number of appts. If you want someone thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate, he is all of these. Gina and his office staff are great too. They answer questions, get right back with you and make everything easier. Truly a great doctor with great staff.

I had my colonoscopy 9/06/18. The nurses were absolutely wonderful, kind, concerned, and caring. Dr. Shamieh came in, shook my hand, introduced himself, and carefully questioned something I said I was adverse to take ever again and reassured me I had nothing to fear, and he was correct. This was my first colonoscopy the only complaint I have is the wait to have the procedure done. I waited over 45 Minutes. but other than the wait they were very nice. All the staff was extremely friendly they made me feel very comfortable.
