Dr. Ian D Kleinhen

I am very happy with the care I received from Dr. Kleinhen and his staff. Dr. Klein and takes the time to explain my lab work and fully explains why I should take certain medicines how to take them when to take them which is just as important as taking the medicine. I am fortunate at my age I have a few minor issues to deal with nothing major, and yet Dr. Kleinhen takes the time to explain everything and go over all my meds with me

I have been a patient of Dr. Kleinhen since before we both joined MD VIP in 2018. Since then our doctor/patient relationship has grown stronger. The model provides a more in depth view of all health factors and Dr. Kleinhen is able to build and fully explain a game plan for mitigating future risks and treating current issues. Great staff too...even if I'm in only a couple of times a year, they know me!

Dr. Kleinhen and his staff Jamie and Gretchen are so pleasant and always go out of their way to make you so feel so comfortable when you are at appointments. The office is very clean and they always take me on time. I love being a MDVIP member, I am more invested in my health, my appointments are not rushed and full of information!! I have become very proactive about my health since I joined this practice. I cannot say enough about Dr Kleinhen and the services he offers - my whole family now goes to this awesome doctor. I am grateful to have Dr. Kleinhen as my general practitioner.

Excellent physician. Thoroughly understands the patient's full medical history with a focus on prevention rather than just treatment.

Everyone should become a patient of Dr. Kleinhen! The office staff is amazing and friendly. However more importantly, Dr. Kleinhen takes the tiime to listen. More importantly, this Dr. is about prevention and overall health. So happy I found this office!!!

Hello Dr---My name is Leonard Pasco And have been a patient for a while there-During this Covid Pandemic I will not visit any Medical Facility,Urgent care,Hospital,ETC.Trying to be safe.Meanwhile,I went to CVS Pharmacy to refill on my medications and My Dr,Saiyed Mahammed refuse to refill my medications Untill I make a visit.Now I do not mind with the exception of my diabetes meds.I am extremelly thursty and am having dizzy spells since I ran out.What is He trying to do,Kill Me.I have talked to my Family and they are aware of the situation.Please Help Me with this.Thanks,Leonard Pasco

My Doctor is very attentive to my personal needs and takes time to explIan and review everything with me.

I despise the internet and think posting how I feel about my personal physician doesn't belong posted. But there it is. He deserves the best.

Dr. Kleinhen is a true professional. I was quite sick over the holidays and the doctor filled every expectation and more I had of MDVIP. He answered his phone and prescribed the proper medication I needed. He later, even though he was on vacation, came into his office for a follow up. I believe I was the only reason he came in. It is very comforting to know that Dr. Kleinhen is always there for me when illness arrives. Dr. Kleinhen is a true professional. Excellent care and his new MDVIP program makes appointment scheduling so easy. The testing done at the annual physical goes well beyond what a regular physical covers.

He is the worst doctor that I have ever experienced. He misdiagnosed me and he knew that he should have tested me for RA, when I had all the symptoms. Also, I just had a follow up appt with him for an ear problem. My appointment was at 3:15 and I did not see him until 4:30. Then I had to go back again, and he ended up dismissing me and telling me to get an ear wax softener and a syringe and flush my ear out. That was why I had to go back to him. I am so fed up with him that I will never go back there again. I will also notify my insurance company of his incompetence. Good riddiance Kleinhen. I feel sorry for the elderly people that go to him.
