Dr. Ian S Elliot

He spent considerable time with me and had obviously read about my case from the referring doctor. He paid attention to what I said and explained his tentative diagnosis. I was very impressed.

I had a reaction to every thyroid medication that Dr. Elliot prescribed. He had his nurse call me and say “just take the medication and see a dermatologist.” Dr. Elliot is no longer treating my thyroid issues!

Dr. Ian Elliot is a great physician and he really shows concern for his patients. I see him for my low thyroid and he always knows which medication to prescribe which works best for me. His patience with you is wonderful, gives you time to ask questions and to fully understand your diagnosis. His staff is very helpful & patient.

Excellent doctor and very thorough!!!!

Always has had my best health in all of my problems. Spends time answering. Top notch knowledgeable doctor. I see him for my Thyroid.

Dr. Elliot has been my endocrinologist for 32 years and I trust him wholeheartedly. I have type 1 diabetes and thyroid issues. He listens carefully at every office visit and works with me to find a solution. He is a wonderful, caring doctor and his staff is always compassionate to my needs.

Did not help me at all. Only goes by blood work and won't run any other tests. Told me when i was in tears that most people just deal with their disease. Thought that was very unprofessional and would not recommend him at all

Dr Elliott and Camille were great! Answered all my questions and spent as much time with me as needed. Have never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting area.

Very long waiti time once you arrive early for your appointment. Office is not clean either. Blood on the seat in the waiting room.

The only complaint I have is with one of his staff. There is a receptionist whom is older and I have observed her being rude on the phone to other clients. She is curt and lacks compassion. Maybe should retire as she lacks civility.

Medical Neglect I am disgusted with the practices of this clinic. They treat people like cattle! Dr. Ian Elliot is my thyroid Doctor and the level of concern when a patient calls due to a blood work report and the thyroid is so critically low that it maybe life threatening refuse to address the five phone calls made to his office Speaking to Camille 5 different times~~I explained to her that the Thyroid levels where even at critical levels and that the Cleveland clinic Doctors had forwarded the information and requested that he follow up with me!! It now has been 7 days with not one call back! Yes I can choose another Dr. and I will but if you miss your appointment there they charge you a $30.00 fee and if you miss any scheduled appointment more than once they refuse to see you anymore! they should not have a great or even good rating as they refuse to take care of the patient all the way they do not care what your issue is unless your in the office paying a large fee~~~ Your Desired Resolution: That the physician and the corporate people treat people better and that this Physician will not charge me for my records and give me no trouble in transferring them to a Physician who will take complete care of the patient~ Medical Neglect I am disgusted with the practices of this clinic.
