Good doctor

Such a frustrating Office! doesn’t feel welcoming To make an appointment,ask or get questions answered takes for ever not to mention they NEVER answer the phone

Been waiting over 3 weeks for her to send a refural for a fractured lower limbar

Their office used to be great but now can’t get an appointment till a week later this is ridiculous, so if my son is feeling sick I’m supposed to wait a whole week to get him seen and they’re only good Dr that cared and listen it’s no longer working there.

Best Doctor,take care of my family for a long time

I know this doctor since 2005, he has been a amazing pediatrician for my kids and my grandkids.

I came in for an annual check up. He asked if I have any concerns, I said maybe check my cholesterol. When I received the billing from my insurance, he quoted that I have high cholesterol, that I have to pay for my copay, because it’s not an annual physical exam anymore.

I think that telling his patients that they will have to make another appointment if they have other problems on routine annual check ups may not be appropriate. Also, the wait in the office is somewhat excessive because they only have three rooms. From what I have experienced, most offices will not return phone calls, including Dr Nguyens office, so don't expect that good of service.
