This office is an absolute nightmare. If you need a prescription filled, a referral or anything that requires the office staff to be involved, you are going to encounter TONS of problems. Please save yourself headaches and find a different office.

I found the mood in the office to be quite good today. And the nurse was in a good mood as well. And as usual, Mindy was very helpful and concerned. Thanks! Oh, and I also appreciated that masks are not required!

Dr. Hoang takes her time and is very patient with you. She is my primary care provider and I am never worried when under her care. Her staff is courteous and the office is very clean. I always recommend this office!

Always friendly and talkative. The staff helpful and friendly I have been going to Dr. Mindy for many years

Caring, attentive and informative staff, from check in to check out. Dr. Mindy was thorough and she takes time to listen to your concerns and addresses them. I would recommend her to family members. I started seeing her because of the way she treats my husband.

All Dr. Hoang knows how to do is order tests and refer you to someone else. Then refused to discuss test results. Had a girl from the office call and explain the results. When an appointment was made and took off early,, the Dr. refused to keep the appointment. Some of the staff is very rude, as well. I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone. My first new patient experience at Humble Family Practice didn’t start out well I have been suffering from arthritis of the hips for several years now. I haven’t had any treatment since 2019 due to the National Pandemic so when I was finally able to see a doctor for treatment I was hurting badly. The nurse who was taking my vitals and retrieving my personal information was very unpleasant, her response to any of my question or concerns where quickly cut down and no bedside manner was implemented at all it had me in tears. I felt as if no one would help me but I have to thank Dr. Hoang for recognizing that I was in a lot of pain and that my emotions were not in the best space I really do appreciate the time Dr. Hoang took with me. Dr Mindy is great I love how she is, she really cares for her patients. I just dislike the office people, they are super rude. They make it so hard to make appointments, I used to be able to call and get a appointment the next day. Know they want to make it the following weeks never the week I need. I have to argued with them then when I start asking for there names and I ask them to get her nurse to call me then they find something for the week. Since Morgan left from that office everything when down heal. I’m really considering of changing Drs just because I’m tired of dealing with this people. Dr. Huong "Mindy" Hoang, is very thourgh with both her physical and mental examination. She listens to her patient and tries to make sure her patient understands what she has said. Dr. Mindy listened closely to all my concerns and had a plan to go to . The nurse was very knowledgeable but a little disconnected...... During this time I can understand. A very busy Monday morning. The check out person was great and the person who did the labs was great!

She was great with my son, but should have a back up available when she's not in the office. We shouldn't have to wait 3 days for x-ray results because she isn't there on a Friday, especially when the results were sent on Thursday, the same day the x-ray was done.

The office staff was really nice and helpful. The medical room is freezing cold, bring a jacket! And something to do; I waited in the room a long time before Dr. Mindy came in. Dr. Mindy is super nice and caring. I only had 2 more days of health coverage so she made sure to get me back in the office for something else before my insurance ended. She went over the details of my medical information with me and made sure I understood. I appreciate the concern and details regarding my health and my insurance and finances. Dr Hoang has been our family doctor for the past 14 years and has provided excellent care for myself and my family. The nurses, support staff and other providers at Humble Family Practice has also provided my family and I with great medical care.

What I absolutely love the most is that Dr Mindy not only listens to what I’m saying but she hears me. There is no nodding and going on to the next item, she responds to what I have said. Doctors are busy and it is refreshing when they listen and hear their patients.

Today was my first visit with Dr Hoang and I must say that I am very pleased. Dr Hoang took time to listen to my problems and concerns, her staff was friendly and professional and the office was well organized. My wait was minimal so my overall first impression is very positive. Thanks

Dr Mindy Hoang has been my Dr for 3 years now. I’m a 75 year old male with many of the problems a man of my age presents including diabetes. She is a highly educated caring Dr who is extremely knowledgeable about all my medical issues. I hope she continues as my physician for a long time.

Dr Mindy is amazingly detailed and very knowledgeable. Since I started seeing her she took complete ownership of all of my specialists and coordinates all of my care, physicians and referrals. Her staff is amazing to work with.

Dr. Mindy listened to my concerns and was very thorough. I have gone to her for years. I appreciate all the effort she puts into getting me to feel better. Great doctor!

Dr Mindy Huang is always thorough and friendly. She takes the time to listen and works with you as your partner in health. And no over-booking. I never have to wait more than a few minutes after I arrive. Add to that their on-site lab and I expect she’ll be my doctor for life. Highly recommended.
