If I could give a negative star, I would. Doctor is not concerned for the well being of patient. He is stubborn and is not willing to hear patients concern.Doctor refused to even see paperwork that was sent from child’s school.

Excellent doctor!!! Staff is very courteous and professional. The wait time is not that long. The doctor takes his time evaluating patients and truly listens to patients/parents concerns. I took my 6 year old daughter in to see Dr Hidalgo. I was very impressed with ease of initial appointment, his knowledge, etc. He addressed insurance issues in regards to authorization. He appeared concerned & wanted to get a proper diagnosis for my child asap. Office appeared clean and comfy. Waiting time was appropriate. I've been in medical field, managing various physician practices simultaneously. Amazingly; I give him the best score. Thank you Dr. Hidalgo & Staff. I definitely recommend.

Worst experience. My 5 year old boy was refused service because I refused to sign a form agreeing for a student to be the one seeing my son. I don't have a problem with a student being present when the doctor is checking my son, but that form stated that by agreeing to that, I would also agree to a student to see my son when the doctor wasn't available.
