Had an appointment at 9am this morning I walked in and was told to leave by girl at front desk. This was a new patient visit. When I inquired as to why I was not allowed to sign in and told to leave the lady said no kids are allowed in the building. I asked was this the policy and why I wasn't informed she could only say it was policy but upon looking I saw no signs of this policy nor could she produce such a policy in writing. So I am writing this review because I feel I specifically was targeted I saw other children in the office therefore I feel there was something she specifically didn't like about me or my child I brought along with me. This is a general practioners office and if this was conveyed through phone or email it wouldn't have been a problem. But because it was not I waisted a 45 minute drive there and I would like others to know in hopes this can be prevented in the future.

I haven't met Dr. Shareef but so far the nurse has been fine and the staff has been on point i dont know names because i am a new patient but the woman who answers the phone cannot b friendlier or more efficient. Also I appreciated that there was no crazy wait for my 1st appointment. Referals I needed were gotten without any issue. RUN!!!!! very bad place.

This is literally the most in terrible doctor I’ve ever had when you get released from the hospital you’re supposed to see your primary care physician the next day. The Staff at Dr. Shareef's Office is the most inefficient and unorganized place that I have ever experienced. And they DO NOT CARE! They tell the patient that the required documents have been faxed or emailed but they're not! You have to keep calling and going back to the office to follow up, but they still do not send the documents as needed, nor as promised. In the mean time, you cant get your prescriptions because they didnt fax the prescription to the Pharmacy! Then you miss important doses of medicine sometimes for days. Your other doctor offices are waiting for Dr. Shareef's Staff to fax your referals, clearances, etc. BUT, the staff does not fax them until days or even weeks later, and sometimes never! Talking about stressing out patients, geeze, your health is worse after visiting this doctors office! Their office is only SO busy because of their own inefficiency! Save yourself the stress, aggravation and headaches and go to a different doctors office with a Professional Staff and not some fly by night Staff and controlling office manager! Great Doctor and staff!!

Terrible service.

Staff there is excellent and professional. Lobby was not too crowded considering the pandemic. Dr. Shareef was very down to earth and kind. All my medical needs were met!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Went here because my whole family goes here. New patient, 1st appointment. I told them that I'd recently married and that my insurance was under my maiden name. I brought both IDs to avoid any confusion. They tried to run my insurance under the wrong name and, of course, it didn't work. By this time I was already in a room. They took me out of the room, back to the waiting room. They told me that they didn't care where I went but not to come back there. This was AFTER I watched them humiliate another woman for bringing her young child to her appointment. They also told her to leave and that they didn't care if she didn't have a sitter. I went to this office on 8/4/21 I had a horrible experience. This practice needs to be shut down immediately from the outdated furniture you would think you were in someone's home and not a Dr's office. I waited for approx 30 mins for the nurse practitioner which I thought I was seeing Dr.Shareef she was very short with me and took me to get a ekg. When having my ekg I had to take off my shirt and bra which normally an office would provide you with something to cover up she asked me to use my own shirt. She also left out of the room with the computer open I could have gone through PHI. The fact that I waited so long just to be seen by a NP as I watch Dr.Shareef make tea. It is very disappointing and don't feel his patients are getting the best treatment. He is in it for a check not the welfare of his patients.DO NOT GO TO THIS DR EVER. Beware.... Office Manager Lisa lied to me . Doctor Changed my Medicine without discussing with me. The staff very unprofessional. You can go and find out for yourself..I recommend a real doctor who remembers who you are. Liars... Take a witness with you. Office Manager there for 2 Months. Lied on phone and then lied to my face. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and I was in and out in a timely manner!

Had a pleasant experience visiting Dr.Shareef office. Staff did an exemplary job on keeping me up to date with my visit and handling all the documentation prior to and post visit.

Never saw a doctor. They lied about referrals. They are rude, nonprofessional. Dr Shareef called and hung up on me. What a lack of compassion and professionalism. Avoid a solo practice. He is a Medicaid and Medicare scammer. STAY AWAY

I was always uncomfortable visiting the office. I could hear everything said in the other exam rooms and I got to hear all about a lady's UTI while waiting to see the doctor for a prescription refill. Then I lost my insurance for a short time while I was laid off. I had to get my prescription refilled again and I had to have a tele-appointment to get the refill. When I first called about getting the refill I was told that they were running a business so they wouldn't just write the prescription but they would be willing to work with me on the self pay price and charge $50 of the appointment. When I actually had the appointment they charged me $80. Just to get my thyroid prescription refilled after a 15 min conversation. Now that I have insurance again I am finding a new PCP.

My father's doctor. Was very compassionate and went all out to assist even though at 91 my dad's days were coming to an end. Is a good doctor and good man. My experience was very good. Appreciate him and all he tried to do.

Such ignorant doctors. They do not give proper attention to the patients. My blood sugar was really high and I was expecting they may call me to follow up but they did not. Finally, i went there by myself and they did not act professionally and I needed to remind them about my lab results. It is very expensive. I was charged co-payment for two visits $190. Long time great docs and team

Family and I have been coming to doc for so long, I'm always in and out

I come almost annually but if I do have a problem they get me in no time

I visit this doctor with my grandmother and can see how well the office works, the staff has been the same friendly staff for years and treat you like family. Great doctor and great team!

I have tremendous respect for Dr. Shareef. His many years of experience and vast medical knowledge, combined with a compassionate and kind attitude, make him my favorite doctor!

Horrible. I called to schedule an appoint with a doctor that is no longer in that office, but staff neglected to tell me and just scheduled with Dr. Shareef. Needless to say, I was not happy when I arrived for my appointment. I decided to see Dr. Shareef since I had already taken the day off. I was not seen by the doctor, nor by the Nurse Practitioner. My insurance paid for a student to diagnose me. The doctor and Nurse Practitioner popped their head in (for insurance purposes?). Don't waste your time or money for a service you will not get.

Have had many visits to this office and the “in office” experiences were always good, but when it came to paperwork, referrals, prescriptions and the like it was stressful and miserable. Going to an appointment for the diagnostic center and they don’t have the paperwork. Showing up to a specialist, same thing. Waiting days for Rxs to be called in.

Love these doctors traditional practice and approach.

Dr. Sharerf was a good doctor, until he started hiring unqualified personnel. I had to call four times and three times in a day regarding my insulin dosage and availability of said. My issues were not addressed as I was being shuffled off to different people who were not able to assist me.. I have decided to find another doctor who care about the patient enough to hire qualified people as well as not having such high turnover of their staff.

I have been going to Dr. Shareef for over 4 years. He is very attentive and really listens to his patients enthusiastically. The office is very busy but it is worth it. My insurance is a top-of-the-line PPO through the State, and I could go to any doctor in my plan, but I prefer to stay with Dr. Shareef. His staff has been with him for a long time and that speaks loud and clear. Carol is so very missed, but Amanda and Ashley are reliably fantastic.

Doctor would not even listen to patient's existing problems and complaints. Comments were not even considered as important since patient is looked down on as not smart enough to point out symptoms as significant when not normal health background.
