Rude and very impersonal. Felt like she was scolding you rather than diagnosing your condition. Not a doctor I would appreciate seeing.

Horrible service . Dr . Khan is all about insurance money and not concerned about her patients at all . I was told I no longer have asthma and was hospitalized for asthma . The office manager also sick her middle finger at me through the glass door because I couldn’t afford an appointment to get a prescription refilled however I was well within my wellness check up year . Dr. Khan is friendly and professional, unfortunaty her staff is not and there doesn't seem to be much efforts made to correct it. I am no longer a patient at this office.

My mother has been going to her for years always kind and attentive! Great doctor!

I am so worried that I may Have diabetes so I visit my doctor instead of being treated, I was cursed out and is still awaiting my test results!! Its been 2 weeks now. This is my primary care provider, so there's not a lot I can do.

The staff really need to be trained better, my vitals were done in front of other patients. My privacy was violated 3 different times and when I request to speak with a office manager I was told that she was in a meeting for 3 days.

This has been my doctor for the past 2 years. She is very knowledgeable about her studies. She has helped me with weight loss, she has an awesome weight loss program. The office staff is very well trained. And they know what they are doing. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Office staff poor and unprofessional. I called for weight loss program up front staff told me not covered by ins- consult free and if decide to enroll pay program up front. I got there and waited 45 min advised consult $150. not what i was told. She goes on to say maybe they thought med appoint- said they new I told them and they already told me not covered...was same girl who told me consult free and now $150 after waiting 45 min. She recognized last name and new she messed up. Be honest!

I've been visiting and taking Dr. Humaira medical recommendations and advice since 2011. Dr. Khan is an extremely responsible with the patient health always. She is one of the few doctors that works for the sole benefit of her patients and not for the benefit of the medic plan like the majority of them. She is very understanding, honest, direct to the point and always friendly. One of the few that shows respect and no arrogance, no spoiled selfish behavior, definitely no B.S. here. She is an exc

This complaint is on the staff NOT the doctor I would not recommend this practice to anyone not because of the doctor at all. Actually I've never had a chance to get that far because the staff including the office manager needs more training and customer service skills. I shouldn't have been rescheduled 3 times and I have a medical problem that requires me to see my PCP before going to a specialist. I'm not sure if the doctor even is aware of how their practice is being ran.
