I took my Aunt here a total of (2) times. She is handicapped, disabled, and almost completely deaf. And thank her lucky stars for that last one because he talked to her like a D*MN DOG during both visits. She takes a total of three medications, only one being a controlled. I have to encourage her to take the whole thing because she insists on taking chips! Dr. Maddox treated her like an addicted, dependent criminal! While in her wheelchair, he threatened to toss her out the clinic saying things like, "I ought' to throw you out of here right here and now' and "WHY ARE YOU IN THAT WHEELCHAIR. What's wrong with you??" and "lady, I'm older than you are." Dr. Maddox, you also have rheumatoid arthritis? You too were in a severe car accident in your 30's? I didn't know. As a healthcare worker, I can assure you she does not abuse her medication, but in fact, takes very little. In addition, I would never phantom speaking to another patient like that, even with just cause. Wow. Just wow. My great aunt as been bed ridden for some time now, years... She lays up in a couch in her livingroom every single day, and I wouldn't wish my dog the stereotypical and ill treatment she received at this clinic. 0 Stars all the way.... I expected better.
