Mr. Hugh J Howard

Took my 17 year old son to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous due to my own experience, having mine removed, decades prior. I was anticipating pain and swelling and all the uncomfortable things that come with having wisdom teeth removed. Nope, didn't happen. This Dr. has a gift! His hands are blessed. He was done in less than an hour and removed all 4 teeth by 9am. There was no swelling or pain. My son was eating a big mac and fries by dinner time, same night. My whole family was praying for my son and the Dr's hands and it was a miraculous experience. This Dr is one of a kind.

This place is incredible. I've had dental/orthodontic work for all of my young life and when I moved out to Utah I found this gem. These folks worked especially hard to get my urgent appointment moved up. Very skilled hands! Within 30-45 minutes my second wisdom tooth extraction was complete with minimal discomfort, and I am a baby when it comes to pain! Looking forward to my next visit.

Short wait, thorough cleaning and evaluation, clean office space. Easy to get appointments changed when necessary.

My brother had an abscess and it was Saturday so no offices were open. This office was the only one I could find that provided an emergency number, the assistant was very kind and she was able to get Dr. David to take time out of his evening to come do an emergency extraction. I was very impressed by the doctor, he got it all done with no assistant present, he was friendly, quick and knowledgable. I was so impressed that I plan on getting myself and my husband in for regular cleanings. Thank you so much to the Hugh Howard team for providing excellent care and service on such short notice! came here a while back and had to leave a review. very professional and courteous. fixed and cleaned my teeth quick and easy no pain. price was very reasonable for the work that they did. friendly staff as well.

I had my braces done there almost 22 years ago, after I had a permanent retainer put in on my lower font teeth. After 22 years I just broke the wire.... amazing

Amazing service and wonderful people.

My daughter 17 needed a crown. After Dr. Howard completed the crown it never stopped hurting. Few months later. Crown failed and she's having a root canal. Not happy.

Office staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. Highly recommend Dr Howard and his staff.

I had 4 teeth prepared for transplants. I was there approximately 2 hours and was relatively pain free throughout the whole procedure.

I never leave reviews but I just remembered something Dr. Howard did for me a couple years ago. I went on a horse ride the evening before I had a 2 week shift on a ranch out in the middle of nowhere on the Arizona Strip. I was chewing some molasses candy and my crown came off. I totally forgot I had it. I knew his office was closed so I thought I was just gonna have to suffer for 2 weeks until I came home. We called him and he met me at his office late at night and he glued my crown back on. He could have told me that I would have had to wait but he bent over backwards for me so I didn’t have to be in pain for so long. I’d give 10 stars if I could. By far my favorite dentist ever Dr Howard is very thorough yet timely. His staff always goes above and beyond to make u feel welcome and safe.

The best dentist I have ever been to. I have been terrified of going to the dentist since I was a kid & Dr Howard is so gentle I never felt a thing!! They make the experience completely pain free relaxed & comfortable!! So impressed how quickly replacing a crown & they make the crowns right there so you don’t have to get a temporary one & then go back! One & done!! Yay! This is the kind of small town establishment that I hope is never changed by time. Dr. Howard is a kind and caring doctor with wonderful staff. He knows his patients personally and is up to date with anything new in the medical field. Tonya cleans my teeth and is so thorough and pain free that I request her every time.

I've been going to this dental office my entire adult life and most of my teenage years. The staff is always very nice and professional. They are always accommodating with schedules. Dr. Howard is as good as they come. I've never had an issue he couldn't resolve.

The ladies at the front desk make me feel at ease right from the start. Nicole is an amazing hygienist who is quick, thorough and friendly. Dr. Howard is also fast and gentle.

While we absolutely love the hygienist here. I'm not so sure I can say the same about the actual dentist. Thankfully this happened to my husband and not one of my kids. So my husband went in to get 2 fillings and a cleaning done and while the dentist was drilling out one of his teeth the dentist lost control of the drill and it slipped and cut the bottom of my husbands mouth pretty badly. The dentist downplayed the situation and in fact placed the blame on my husband because he swallowed. There was no apologies for his mistake and he wouldn't even acknowledge that he made one. He glued my husbands mouth, finished with the filling and then removed the glue. The dentist said it doesn't need stitches but it looks pretty narly to me and idk if we should be getting a second opinion on that. They did send him home with some pain medication he can put on it if the pain acts up. My husband mentioned the dentist was shaky. We don't know if it's age or if the dentist was just having an off day but unfortunately my husband got hurt because of it. The secretary's and the dental assistants and everyone there are super nice and totally willing to work with you. If it wasn't for the dentists screw up today I'd honestly be giving the place a 5 star but I want people to be aware of our experience before going in as well. I've been going to Dr. Howard all my life and now I take my 4 year old son. He had a couple cavities and Dr Howard fixed him right up with my son being in no pain and only taking about 30 minutes! They are so great with kids and we look forward to going there when we need to!
