I don't know what issue the other two reviews had but my experience was just the opposite. Dr. Chu has great credentials and was was very professional. He explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all our questions. After the surgery, he was the only surgeon to go down to the waiting room and speak to my family personally. My husband is a chemist and both he and I have only positive comments to make about Dr. Chu.

I had an awful experience I would not recommend him to anyone. I first came in being told I was coming in for a brief consultation however before I could get one sentence out describing my condition he looked at it interrupted me and told me he was going to operate that day. Once the operation began he answered a call in the middle. After he was done he did not describe in any way how I was to take care of it and rushed out the room. Long story short the problem I came in with is far worse now.

This was the first doctor I saw for my condition and he hurt me within minutes of being seen . He could not make a diagnosis of my condition and even told me I did not have what I really had . He said I would have jumped off the table if I had what I said I had . Is putting someone thru pain diagnostics ? I went to a doctor in Cary Wake Med , he had me diagnosed in seconds literally and now has me on the road to recovery . Do yourself a favor go to Wake Med not first health . James Macri
