Great doctor so far. This was my first visit. He thoroughly explained everything he do and don't do, what to expect from him, and did an exam. He then proceeded to send referrals for everything I needed that can be done by him and asked if I needed any refills. The visit was thorough and not too long.

Dr. Raphael was very nice very thorough! He listened to my concerns and gave me his honest and sincere advice on my health. He will be my new primary care physician and my husband as well!

I was grateful to get an appointment the day I called. The staff is always very pleasant. Dr Raphael is very thorough and patient. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and address each issue accordingly. He and his assistant makes you feel at ease.

I was a little nervous about my first visit with Dr. Raphael, but he eased my nerves and listened to my issues. He took time and made sure everything was good and made me feel like he cared about my well being.

Dr. Raphael was very thorough with me and took his time with me. My appointment was on time with no more then a 5 minute wait. He answered all of my questions and referred me to a Dr. for the problem I was having. I plan on seeing Dr. Raphael as my primary care physician for years to come. I'm very glad I chose Dr. Raphael as my primary care physician. He and all his staff are generous with their time, they listen and HEAR, and they are very kind. I would recommend him to my friends and family and believe that they would be pleased with their choice.

Dr. Raphael is well versed in his profession. He listens to your concerns, then diagnoses. He has a very good personality.

Dr Raphael was thorough, attentive, and personable. He and his nurse Ara made me feel comfortable and calm during the entire visit. I did not feel rushed, and did feel like he listened attentively while we were discussing my needs and care. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I love Dr. Raphael! He will actually have a conversation with you and not just ask or answer questions. He doesn't seem like he is trying to rush you out and yet when you are waiting in the exam room, you're not waiting long. I definitely would suggest Dr. Raphael to my family and friends.

Dr. Raphael returned to Hammond after several years, so when I saw him in July 2021 for a routine physical I was delighted to know he still remembered me and my family's health situation. I only have praise for his professionalism and personable nature. In fact, I've had an excellent experience with the North Oaks Family practice.

My whole experience at the facility was an good one. Everyone was nice and polite. Once I had my exam I was able to understand everything that’s going on with me. I really enjoyed my visit.

I love Dr. Raphael, he is a very caring Dr., he listens to what problems you may be having and that’s why I think he is best Dr. for me. His nurse Ara, is a wonderful friendly nurse who you can talk to, like you would a friend.

Truly eased our minds with explanation of my husband's condition.

The doctor and staff were very thorough and friendly!

Dr. Raphael was quick, prompt and answered all of my questions. I appreciated him calling me a couple of days later to check in.

Dr, Raphael is awesome. He took his time and explained things to me. He was able to give me sound advice and also related his advice to personal experiences. This was my first visit with him but I can proudly say I have found a new primary care physician. I am going to refer my mother to him also.

I went in to establish care and Dr. Raphael was very helpful and informative. He explained all the necessary test. Also understood my concerns.

He was patient, kind, theral, easy to talk to and felt confident in his suggestions and diagnosis. And his sense of humor is a plus.

Dr Raphael is wonderful... when I first moved to Baton Rouge I had to go to the walk in clinic for a ear infection and sinus infection and he got me back up and going real quick! He was funny and I just really liked him and his nurse and the front staff girls a lot... I asked them to just be my new primary care dr and they laughed and said they weren’t allowed to do that:( then today I had to go back in with my son being the patient & they were great with him! So sweet and funny again! They take the time out to really treat the patient and they really go the extra mile ( everyone from the ladies at the front to the doc himself) you can tell they really care about their patients! Dr Raphael is one of the most personable dr.s I have ever met. He truly cares about his patients , me and my kids absolutely love him. I would highly recommend him.
