I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Preuss or his office staff. I have been seeing him for over 10 years. I would not even think about seeing someone else. He has helped my diabetic neuropathy, and also an injury. Overall a wonderful experience.
Old style office but with great results. Always fits me in when I need to be seen.
Offered to do un-needed surgery. Had enough of those! Seemed he wanted another surgery challenge which would not have been in my best interest.
Rushed and didn’t take time to answer my questions before surgery. Now I’m going to a different doctor to fix the problem.
Never had issue, how ever, only have toenails trimmed Staff is awesome. Make me feel so welcome Going to Floyd Knob even though I live in Louisville
